Great property with lots of room. We had everything we needed and could have packed lighter. Great outdoor space too. It was an easy walk to the beach, less than five mins and a nice beach wagon is provided. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and the bed was super comfy.

Beautiful little spot near the beach! The condo was nice, close to everything you could need! It’s easy to get to and was a vey quiet spot. Being next to the pool was great for the kids. You do have to walk across the street to get to the beach, but it’s not a trek. A cart was provided so you don’t have to look like a pack mule and that was an awesome addition! I would definitely stay here again, it made the time in Ft. Walton easy and comfortable.

Check-in was smooth. I had reached out to the host after to advise her that we needed to extend by one day. She said that it was available. Her messaging was sporadic and ended up she rented the place after we had already changed flights and rental car reservations. Incurring the need for us to have to scramble to find alternate accommodation the last night, with no acknowledgment from the host on her deficit. Not to mention that we had to find another accommodation that would accept our dog that also required us to incur additional costs. We specifically rented this condo as it was dog friendly. Anabel offered no solution. One last issue was the deposit was more than double the rental cost that she set. When I inquired why it was so high she stated it was set by VRBO, who stated it is actually set by the owners. The deposit itself was twice our overall rental. Deposit is not returned for 10 days after checkout.

Beach get-away

The property was just the right size, clean and accessible to the beach. I was a bit disappointed with the television selection process. We couldn’t really see the stations we wanted to see. That was the only disappointment.

Poolside condo??

Advertised as poolside condo. Pool was closed. Location is great for beach goers. Needs updating but functional & clean inside. Porch & patio need alot of TLC. Grill was not usable without a good cleaning.

Safe but missing details.

It was very different this time for us, as this was our 6th time staying on Okaloosa island. Usually we stay in the Emerald towers for a week Saturday to Saturday for the same money we spent on this unit we had for 4 days 3 nights. My biggest disappointment was the pool not being opened even though it is listed in the listing having a pool and when I asked the unit owner about the pool , she stated that it is seasonal and may not be open yet and that she would contact the HOA president and find out if it would be open while we were on vacation there and let me know what she finds out, but she never got back to me.and the My recommendation is to have on this propertys listing that the pool is seasonal, my daughter is heartbroken she didn't get to swim. Also misleading is the property is showing it on the beach side of the main road on Okaloosa island, but is not. Read the small print, I missed it when I booked the unit.

The room was in a good location and I loved the easy access to the beach which was a short walk across the street. The room was located right next to the pool. The unit had a nice patio out back. It was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay there!

Nice stay

Good location, inside clean and maintained well. Great communication with owner. The only drawbacks for me was that the front of the property was not shown in photos so I was a little surprised at the appearance of the outside of the building. The pool was not in working order during our stay. But overall we really enjoyed the stay, it was quiet and very nice to be away from the party scene as a family.
