We typically provide kitchen towels and washcloths, which are usually located under or by the sink, but it sounds like they were missed during your stay. Hi Michelle, Thank you for the nice review. I'd like to explain our issue with towels, ever since Covid, the commercial laundry mats have more work then capacity in our area. As a result they have raised the prices so high to wash towels that it is almost cheaper to buy towels and throw them away. It's gotten so crazy that we ended up building our own small laundry facility at our offices for the cabins we manage just to do the sheets and bedding but we don't have the capacity to do towels due to limitations with our spetic system. Since most of our guests come from drive in destinations we made the decision to ask them to bring towels vs pass the crazy laundry fees on. It's actually pretty common at a lot of the resorts in the area as well. We do provide bedding for all beds and hand towels as well as paper towels etc. I hope that helps. For guests flying in we can provide towels for an extra fee but we felt most of our guests would appreciate the savings and bring their own.

Hi Mary, I'm sorry for the confusion here. I thought we made pretty clear the room configuration layouts. This is exactly what the description on the VRBO listing says: Main Floor Master - 1 King Bed En-suite Bathroom Upper Level Bedroom - 1 King bed & 1 Queen Upper Level Bedroom- 2 Queens & 1 Twin Lower Level common area bedroom -1 futon (No door but private space) Full Bath On Each Floor Plus 1/4 Bath on Main Floor For you to rate this beautiful home only three stars doesn't seem fair when we described the space very clearly in the listing. I'm ot sure why this was a surprise to you. There is even a virtual tour of the home that shows this sleeping space. In regards to the warm bedroom, we have NOT received past reports of issues like you described. As we recommend in the welcome book - turning the fan for the HVAC unit fan to the "On" position vs "Auto" typically helps even out the temperature across the house as it keeps air circulating through out the house.
