Authentic house, quiet location, magnificent view, horse stalls

This is the second year that this house has been made available as a gîte. It does not currently have an in-ground swimming pool but an above-ground swimming pool of 3m60 in diameter. Despite everything, this place will charm you for sure. Ideal for a family, can accommodate up to 7 people.
Single-storey house of 150m2, surrounded by meadows and fields.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed + a 2x90 bunk bed), folding cot for baby available, 2 bathrooms (each with shower, sink and toilet, one has a bath), large living room with stunning views, fully equipped kitchen, living room with L-shaped sofa and office area, laundry room with washing machine and toilet, a very large garden (not fenced) with parking space. Air conditioning available in the bedrooms, living room and living room. Free Internet/Wifi access.
Close to tourist sites, medieval villages (especially Lauzerte 15km away), leisure centres, also small beach 5 min by car, accessible on foot (30 min).
Many activities in the neighbouring villages, local markets, gourmet markets, wine tastings, exhibitions, and nice little restaurants.
You can bring your horses (boxes and meadow available next to the house). Wonderful hikes from the house. An experienced guide will gladly guide you on a hike through wonderful nature.
Meals and other arrangements are available on request.

Towns in the region: Agen, Cahors, Montauban and Villeneuve-sur-Lot (the largest), and Lauzerte, Moissac, Montcuq, Bourg-de-Visa, Montaigu-de-Quercy are just a few others among many others to visit.

Kitchen and bath linen provided, optional bed linen (8€ per bed).
Deposit: 200 euro to be paid on arrival
