In one word -Amazing!

Such a beautiful and well appointed villa situated in a remote, rural location yet not isolated, we were truly delighted by our first impressions as we arrived. As we approached the entrance through the covered archway, glancing at the pool to our right we felt the loungers set out ready for us to be a really welcoming sight. We cursed ourselves for only booking one week Communication with the host and her local representative was easy There were “goodies on arrival, another warm gesture We cannot think of anything missing or to complain about We were lucky with the weather - neither too hot nor cool. We swam every day Thank you Julie, Jill and VRBO

What a beautiful home!. Full of art and gorgeous pottery. The kitchen was well equipped and the downstairs rooms were cool. We were there in a heatwave with temperatures of over 42 degrees and it was bearable. The pool was lovely ( and essential!) as were the gardens. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching the wildlife and birds. Very close by is an observatory and it is excellent. Do go! We were amazed at all we saw. There are also some beautiful villages nearby to visit. Our favourite was Lauzerte and the drive through sunflower fields to get there. Julie our host was highly responsive and helpful when we contacted her. Highly recommended!

Très belle maison. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados et c'était parfait. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine pour nous rafraîchir et de belles balades autour de la maison. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les beaux villages classés autour de Mauroux que ce soit dans le Lot et Garonne et dans le Lot. Au calme mais pas non plus isolé (supermarchés et commerces à 10/15 minutes max à Montayral, Mauroux même pour le dépannage).
