About this property

Presidential Barndominium at the Stable at Bear Mountain

**No Cleaning fee** The Presidential now with a hottub on the deck is a part of the Stable at Bear Mountain 15480 highway 62 west eureka spring, it is a luxury lodging Barndominium with two bedrooms and two master baths, decorated with presidential memorabilia, rustic cedar and pine round out a beautiful Large Living/Kitchen/Dining area. The base rate is for 1 king bedroom for 2 guests, it is $20 per guest per night over the initial 2 guests.

The stable sits on 3 acres of Bear Mountain mountaintop, there is plenty of room for parking, it is fenced in and gated.

Both bedrooms are very large, one has a king bed, loveseat and chair and the other has two queen beds, both have 50″ flat screen TVs and have large master baths with very large Jacuzzi hot tubs for two and showers, from both bedrooms you have direct access to the large deck with patio furniture for 4, that overlooks a beautiful mountain vista view with gorgeous sunsets and the only unit with a private firepit, it sits below the deck. We Jjs r added a 3-4 person hottub on the deck.

The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, Microwave, and the coffee maker is a drip style coffee maker. We have most kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans so the kitchen is fully functional for you.

The stable is a 7500 sqft facility. The presidential is on the far side, the owners quarters are on the other side, there is 4000 sq ft of storage in between so there is good separation for privacy.
We are dog friendly (no cats) but owner must approve pet before booking, there is a $50 per pet fee. Pets cannot be left in cabins alone unless crated and must be on a medicated flea and tick treatment program, we also ask they stay off of furniture no exceptions.

Loved the barndominium cabin. It was very spacious! The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The only drawback for some might be the car traffic as the property is near 62 highway. The noise didn't bother me at all. The hot tub on the porch was great and I enjoyed watching the sunset from the cute bench on the porch. I highly recommend staying at the Presidential cabin.

Great place
The place was great, located right outside of eureka. We were a little confused because the cabin is a shared space and we were unaware of that. There is another rental connected to the cabin, and someone was working there while we stayed. Other than that, the description was accurate. The fire pit area was great, and the houses down the road are beautiful to look at! The communication was 100%! We would love to stay at the other cabins they offer! Thank you for a great stay!!

Beautiful!
Our family loved staying here! Sunset was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzis and spot to roast marshmallows. The place was beautiful and nicely decorated.
