This very quiet house is located less than 10 minutes from a secluded beach, Valras Plage, a naturist beach, Béziers with its historic centre, and the Canal du Midi with its 9 locks. On the ground floor, you’ll find a 31 m² open-concept, air-conditioned room with a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave-oven combo, a washing machine, a pod-style coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking and dining. The living area features a very comfortable sofa bed, a single armchair, a 120-cm TV, Netflix, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a dining area with a large 2.20-meter table and 6 chairs. On the ground floor, there is a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a walk-in closet; a smaller air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x190 bed and its own walk-in closet; and a bathroom with a shower, a sink with a lighted mirror and outlet, and a toilet. Sheets, pillows, bath towels, and tea towels are provided. A high chair, stroller, and travel cot are available free of charge upon request. Sheets for the travel cot are not provided. We live a 5-minute walk away and are easily reachable and happy to answer any questions you may have about the house, local shops, walks, restaurants, beaches, recreational activities, culture, and more. The house is located on a completely paved, pedestrian-only, very quiet cul-de-sac where you can enjoy the sound of birds singing. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find all the shops you need: restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, a convenience store, a bakery, a butcher shop, a tobacco shop… You can enjoy beautiful walks through the vineyards or along the banks of the Orb River without needing to take the car. Less than a 10-minute drive away, you can discover a magnificent, unspoiled beach called “Les Orpellieres,” where parking is free. For those interested, the naturist beach is also less than a 10-minute drive away, with free parking as well. We’re located 6 kilometres from Valras Plage, with all its summer activities, and Béziers—France’s oldest city—with its historic centre and monuments, is just a 10-minute drive away. If you’d rather not take your car… A city bus line runs through the village with several stops, allowing you to go either to Valras and Sérignan... or to city centre Béziers (more convenient since parking there is paid). A 30-minute drive away: Cap d’Agde, with its beaches and naturist camp. Narbonne, with its cathedral, historic centre, and the famous Narbonne buffets. Buses with tickets for €1 can take you to Valras-Plage or Béziers in less than 30 minutes.
