Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. I’d like to acknowledge the challenges you faced and provide some context regarding the situation. We did have an electrical issue on the day of your arrival, and I immediately contacted an electrician to address the problem as quickly as possible. Regarding the air conditioning, one of the four units on the property had an intermittent drainage issue that caused cooling disruptions. Every time I or a technician inspected it, the unit appeared to be functioning properly, which made diagnosing and fixing the problem more complicated. However, I understand how frustrating this was and deeply regret the inconvenience. To mitigate the issue, we ensured that every bedroom had its own individual portable or window air conditioning unit, and the three other main units were fully operational during your stay. I also personally met with you to discuss the situation, and I’m grateful we were able to fully resolve the AC problem before your departure. Regarding the outdoor concerns, we acknowledge that the sprinkler issue and lawn maintenance were not up to our usual standards, and I take full responsibility for that. We’ve taken steps to address these issues, including improving our landscaping schedule and ensuring construction areas are clearly marked and safe for guests. I deeply regret that we didn’t meet your expectations during your stay.
