Gorgeous upgraded new family house with amazing outdoor space featuring a lighted gazebo, and a BBQ grill. Spacious living room is equipped with a smart 70 inch TV, various board games. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes away from the freeway, and a 50-min drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. The mall, supermarkets, and Costco are all less than 6-min drive away.

The space
This 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house is perfect for a family or group of travelers to relax in after a long day at the Sequoia Park or wineries. Imagine yourself in an entertaining house after a long hiking day!

The setup:
Master bedroom - King size bed /w standing shower + separate tub + walk-in closet
Guest bedrooms #2 - Queen size bed /w closet space
Guest bedrooms #3 - Full size bed /w closet space
Guest bedroom #4 - 1 Full + 1 Single size bed /w closet space

The house is ideal for a group of 9 or less, we can accommodate slightly bigger group but please keep that in mind when you book.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooking tools, and dining ware to prepare meals in the house. There is a BBQ grill in the backyard as well.

The living room has ample seating spaces and a 70" smart TV connected to internet to stream any content from your own devices (Apple or Android devices required) or directly thru the TV app. There are various board games to keep your group entertained all night long!

The backyard has a large gazebo with outdoor seating. There are romantic light strings all over the backyard to create a relaxing atmosphere for your group gatherings.
