I have used many VRBO properties in the past 10 years for various work trips , this property was the best one I've ever had the pleasure of using, the checkin was the smoothest , the condition/layout/amenities were better than advertised. One thing that stood out was the outfitting of the site very generous utensils , paper products towels laundry products little things like that , make the stay a lot more stress free and enjoyable after a long days work.

The house was clean, in a great neighborhood, fully stocked and spacious enough for my entire family. The pool and trampoline were a hit with my nieces & nephews. We would definitely stay there again!

A Weekend Well Spent

We booked this home for my sister's wedding weekend in Tulare. It was spacious, clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time there. My family and I were happy to have a home away from home while we were here.

The host was very responsive. The house is beautiful, pictured as seen and very clean. The home was fully equipped. The home is spacious and the home accomodated my family of eight. My family enjoy staying in the home, swimming in the pool and barbecuing.

Smell

The house & location were great. There were two reasons why I couldn’t give a five star on the cleanliness of the house: 1) The house smelled like musty, especially in the garage. 2) The linens & towels smelled, the inside pillows had stains & smelled, luckily the pillow covers helped.

West Coast Barrel Racing Finals in Tulare

This is our second time staying here and the house has been absolutely perfect for our needs. We come into town for a yearly barrel racing competition and it is so nice to come back to such a nice house and pool after all day in the hot sun and dust. We definitely appreciate the AC and pool. Rental could use a few more bath towels, and was out of dish soap but was otherwise perfectly stocked! Loved that we would stream the race on the both the inside and outdoor tvs. Excellent set up!

Amazing Spaces - Visalia

The home was perfect for our group. The space, number of BR's and bathrooms fit our needs very well. Location was great for our proximity to downtown Visalia and Exeter. I recommend upgrading the towels and having them match and hanging in the respective bathrooms. Put the pool towels downstairs rather than in the MBR bathroom. Add a hand towel rack to the vanity sink in the MBR. Have the cleaners dust the drawers in the dressers and closet shelves. The grill really needs a deep cleaning inside and out for appearance and safety improvements. That said, the house is very nice and these are only my thoughts on how to make it even better. Thanks
