Hinterglemm: Charming modern apartment next to the piste of World Cup 24 + WM 25



This apartment on the third floor (elevator) has a unique view of the valley with a beautiful sunset view.
Our front room has got a warm wooden floor. In the sleeping corner you will find a Queen size bed of 1.40 x 2.00. A box spring bed, the same size you will find in the smaller sleeping room. The dinner table is equipped with 5 chairs.
A flat screen smart TV with English programs, Netflix and Amazon, together with a limitless perfect WLAN for all of you, will give you nice relaxing evening programs.
In our small but well equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, like a dishwasher, a modern cooking field, a microwave/oven combination. Certainly, plus a refrigerator with freezing space.

The modern bathroom has got a bath and a shower in it.

At the entrance you will find a big cupboard for your clothes. In the small room there is a shelf unit for further storing.
The ski room in the cellar leads directly to the Zwölferkogel Lift and thus to one of the largest ski areas in the Alpes. The slopes are always perfectly prepared and invite you to beautiful ski tours.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the (small) appartement with four adult friends. The location for skiing is perfect and the host (Inge) is super friendly and helpful!

Fantastic apartment near the slopes

Stayed here for a ski trip. Great apartment with everything you needed. Close to the Kogel 12er lift, and only a 5 minute walk to Spar and ski hire shops. Beds were comfy, and kitchen very well equipped. Great communication with the host, and super simple check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

The View

A perfect hub to explore the surrounding area. We could sit on the baclony for hours while watching the clouds roll over the big sky. The host was very informative and was always happy to wish us a good holiday

Hinterglemm Stay

Had a comfortable stay at Monica’s property, plenty of room for the two of us. Lots of room in the Keller for ski/Boot storage. Easy access to the supermarket, restaurants, ski hire all within a 10min walk. 12erKogel lift 5min walk.

Nice property in a convenient part of the village. Well equipped with everything required for our stay. Indoor, secure storage for bikes or skis and located near the ski lifts.

Saalbach Hinterglaim apartment

Spent 8 days in a small but well equipped and great location apartment in the Saalbach region. The apartment is close to the bike tracks, close to the town and easy parking. These was also good storage for bikes. No issues at all !!

Great location for skiing

Great little apartment, that was situated in an excellent position. Located close to the town of Hinterglemm and only a very short walk to the cable car. The ski bus also stopped directly outside. The owners and management staff (Inge) were excellent. The only possible complaints I could have is that the main bed was a bit too hard for my liking. The kitchen is very compact and basic but ideal if you only want to cook simple food. Other than that 10 out of 10. We would definitely stay again.

12er Kogel stay

Although no stranger to Hinterglemm, I have in the past stayed in hotels. I booked this self catering property as I was taking my teenage son with me so was traying to keep costs down as lift passes and eating out can be expensive. The owner communication was first class over a 2 year period due to covid. The property itself was perfect for our needs and reflected the advert accurately. The property manager who resided in the building was very friendly and helpful at all times. A professional approach from both owner and manager. The property has a ski bus stop directly outside which serves the valley for the ski area. We however used the new 12er Kogel Gondola a few minute walk to uplift at the beginning of the day and were able to ski across a meadow all the way back to the property at the end of the day. Property had a smart tv with a netflix app for your own account and decent Wifi for my sons entertainment. Ski/boot room in the basement. Lift access. Would happily return.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation vor der Reise, sowie am Anreisetag und die Schlüsselübergabe waren problemlos. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg zur Talstation und zum Bäcker ;-) . Den Privatparkplatz um die Ecke haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst, zum Be- und Entladen konnten wir problemlos vorm Haus halten.Skigebiet ist top und auch für Winterwanderer gibt es viele verschiedene schöne Winterwanderwege.

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach nur super. Das Beste für uns war die Couch, die nach einem langen Skitag zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist selbst in Skischuhen sehr nah am Lift gelegen. Das Bad sieht neu renoviert aus. Alles ist super sauber. Die Betten sind gut. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Kommunikation, Abreise und Abreise alles problemlos.Alles auf den Fotos ist so wie es auch in Wirklichkeit in der Wohnung zu finden ist. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung zu einen fairen Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für den schönen Urlaub.Einzige "Anmerkung" der "Backofen" ist kein Backofen sondern ein Mikrowellen/Airfryer/Kombigerät. Zum Brötchen aufbacken am Morgen perfekt. Für 4 Personen eine Lasagne darin machen würde ich jetzt aber nicht ;). Keine Kritik war für die 7 Tage perfekt.

Mit der Wohnung und der Kommunikation war alles prima.Lediglich die Geräuschkulisse durch den Fluss, der aufgrund der Wetterlage sehr voll war, störte etwas.

Perfekte Kombi aus Wandern und MTB Downhill

Die sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung liegt nahe am 12er Kogel Lift und nahe der Innenstadt von Hinterglemm. Unser 17 jähriger Sohn konnte jeden Tag mit seinem MTB fahren (nachts im Skikeller geparkt) und wir als Paar gingen wandern, klettern, etc. Für all dies ist die Lage ideal. Nix zu meckern!

Top Lage

Sehr nette Vermieterin mit freundlicher Kompetenter Kommunikation. Lage perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Bahn. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Wohnung gemütlich, es hat alles was man braucht. Einzig die Kissen auf den Esszimmer-Stühlen sollten mal gereinigt/ ersetzt werden. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und eng, ebenso die Küche und das Schlafzimmer, aber für eine Woche okay. Leider macht das Appartementhaus / Stiegenhaus selber einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Ein frischer Anstrich würde schon vieles besser machen. Ein Skikeller ist vorhanden, ebenso eine Skischuhe-Aufhänge-Vorrichtung, welche aber leider nicht beheizt ist, dadurch kalte und noch feuchte Skischuhe am Morgen. Trotz top Lage finde ich den Preis zu hoch. Dennoch vielen Dank an den Vermieter!

Super location

Alles ist genau wie beschrieben! Kommunikation war hervorragend. Check on mit Inge unkompliziert und schnell. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Klein aber fein. Man läuft 3min zum 12er Kögel wo man alles mieten kann. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Danke nochmal an Monika und Inge - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine Woche in Hinterglemm verbracht und die Ferienwohnung war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge! Es gibt einen wunderschönen Balkon und der Bergblick ist außergewöhnlich schön und sogar vom Bett aus zu bewundern. Die Küche ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber gewesen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aus und einchecken hat wunderbar funktioniert, Irene ist ein richtiger Herzensmensch!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Kleine Feine Unterkunft in Hinterglemm

Wir, zwei 18 Jährige, haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Die Vermieterin war problemlos erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Betten und auch eine Couch mit TV. Die Küche ist recht klein aber voll ausgestattet (Sogar mit Gewürzen, Mehl, Kaffee etc...) Allerdings findet man nicht alle Küchenutensilien sofort. Die großen Schneidebretter fangen wir leider erst am letzten Tag. Das WC war auch super gereinigt und angenehm. Insgesammt können wir diese Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen für einen Urlaub in Hinterglemm.

Skiurlaub 2022

Wir waren im März 2022 für eine Woche Gast in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Rhode. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine kleine sehr gemütliche und praktische Wohnung und optimal geeignet für einen schönen Skiurlaub für 4 Personen in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Der Skilift 12er Kogel Lift liegt so gut wie vor der Tür und ist ein super Startpunkt für einen ausgiebigen Skitag. Alles weitere im Ort (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants, etc.) ist ebenso schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Einen lieben Dank auch nochmal an Inge (Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort), die für jedes Anliegen immer ein offenes Ohr hatte. Grüße von der Ostsee

This is a charming and spacious apartment with a fabulous view of the valley. It offered everything that we were looking for in our ski vacation. It is close to the main lift and the village, it is well appointed with all that you need to relax after a day's skiing, and to entertain friends. The owner was extremely helpful and the apartment manager was amazing. I would highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay here again.

Klein aber nützlich

Wir sind als Familie zum Ski fahren angereist. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und gut ausgestattet, der Check in hat gut und reibungslos funktioniert. Bad, Küche und das Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, aber für ihre Zwecke ausreichend. Dafür ist der Wohnbereich größer. Der Weg zum Lift war ca 300 m.
