Lovely house close to all amenities- good bactéries, butchers, bars, restaurants. House well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery etc for 12 people. Double fridge/ freezers ideal in hot weather. Bedrooms adequate (although some short of storage space). Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms fine.Pool and outdoor area are fine and the gas plancha style bbq was used most days.We’d happily book again.

Excellent séjour entre amis

Super séjour entre copains dans cette villa spatieuse, moderne et très bien équipée. La localisation est idéale, au cœur de Capbreton et à proximité de toutes les commodités (5min à pieds du centre-ville et des commerces, 10min en voiture de la plage). Les sdb dans chaque chambre sont un gros +. Le jardin est magnifique et très agréable, piscine chauffée super (peut être revoir la gestion de l’eau, virant au vert au bout de 4 jours). Seul point négatif : le bois autour de la piscine qui s’avère être dangereux (deux personnes ont eu des échardes très grosses et profondes). Merci aux proprios très réactifs, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
