Very specula home for our family vacation to Boston. Fun to explore the shore during low tide. Close to transit station making travel into the city easy. Well stocked with basic cooking needs. Highly recommend this home.

Fantastic property

Quincy getaway

What a gorgeous home & view! Cannot say enough about this upscale home & the ideal proximity to Boston & the many areas that we visited. This property was the most well stocked & clean VRBO rental that we have ever stayed in! Susan, thank you for allowing us to experience Quincy & the beautiful New England area.

Bucket list trip

We came to the Boston area for my Dad who is 91. It was on his bucket list to see Boston. Staying at this house was a great balance to the hustle of the city. It was close to everything we wanted to do, but you felt like you were coming home to a beautiful relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Beautiful house, views, walks on the shore, nice neighbors, etc. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. It was ready for all of us to stay- no last minute blow up mattresses (we have had that before)! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!

What a wonderful Family Time we had together for Our Son’s Wedding. The property is just lovely. New. clean, spacious and every amenity you could need. The only thing that exceeded the property was the owner Ronan’s availability, professionalism and attentiveness.

Beautiful House, wrong description

We can to stay for a conference in Boston. The house was beautiful and it was in a neat location. However, the listing stated that there were 5 bedrooms with 5 beds. When we arrived, we found out that there was only 4 beds. Therefore, one of my coworkers and I had to share a king size bed. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, he insisted that this was an error on VRBO side. I was hoping for some form of compensation for the inconvenience but have yet to hear back anyone.

Absolutely stunning

Pictures do not do this property justice. The owners clearly outdid themselves with this property. Perfect location, 15-30 min outside Boston and directly on the beach. Essentially a 4 bedroom if you count the Murphy bed. Gorgeous attic space and terraces. Appliances are top of the line. Susan (the manager/owner) is the best I’ve dealt with re a VRBO property. Definitely try this house - you won’t regret it!

Loved this beautiful sanctuary!!!!!

We stayed for a week as our son was running the Boston Marathon. We came a few days early to have some relaxation time and my son said it was the perfect place to prepare for race day. We stayed a few days longer after they left and worked from the house which was also the perfect environment to work. The beach set up and outdoor space is glorious. The sunrises are amazing. The area is very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. We are all runners and found plenty of routes and paths nearby. The T is close by in North Quincy and has plenty of parking at the station. Also is an inexpensive Uber ride to Boston as an option. The host has the most perfect kitchen and everything a person would need to make gourmet meals. We would definitely return and May again for next years marathon. We also loved the Marina area which is less than two miles away. There are several restaurants and a brewery all in the marina complex and we visited many of them.

A Magical Family Getaway at the Bayside Jewel

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we immensely enjoyed every single minute of this magnificent, newly built home. We had three generations of our family together and thoroughly enjoyed every nook and cranny of this very spacious home. Whether it was morning coffee on the gracious front porch, yoga in the exercise room, sitting on the private beach soaking up the sun, sneaking in some work in upstairs office, taking a cat nap on the second story sun deck, enjoying a BBQ dinner and the fire pit in the back lounge area or simply gathering in the living room at then end of the day. Everything was perfect. The house is fully outfitted with everything you could possible need, including a fully equipped chef's kitchen. Both Susan and Ronen were an absolute delight to work with and ensured that our every need was taken care of before we arrived, while we were there and even after our stay as a package we ordered arrived after our departure and they kindly ensured it was sent along. An absolutely magical family getaway!

It was hard to leave...

For my husband's birthday, I decided a weekend getaway would be the perfect way to celebrate. With two other couples, we booked a stay here. I could tell by the photos that this was a top-notch property, but when I arrived it exceeded my expectations. The renouncing sound as everyone walked in was "o my gosh", "did you see this", "whoa look at this!" as we walked around the immaculate and well-thought-out floor plan. The features were high end and you could tell that much thought was put into the design. There were closets that were bigger than my entire bedroom at home, built-ins plenty, and the rain-head shower in the master was simply a dream. Our guests were in their own private rooms with on-suite bathrooms and were equally impressed. The beds were lush and large, making it hard to want to leave! The fireplace in the living room looking out over the water was my favorite way to start the morning. The coffee/wine bar was in the perfect location to make a cup of coffee and sit and stare into the distance overlooking the water. Because we stayed on a weekday, many of the members of our group of 6 had to "work from home". This was no problem with the 3rd-floor office space overlooking the water. The desks and space made it so cozy and still spacious. One of our guests enjoyed a conference call from the dining room using the sliding glass doors to maintain her privacy, but still able to enjoy the view of the gorgeous kitchen and bright sunshine from the water. The garage was heated and had room for our two SUVs, which was helpful when we took a day trip to Boston to sightsee. A quick drive (about 15 minutes) and we were downtown! When I asked my husband his favorite part of the entire house he said it was the doors of our master suite that opened up to the private balcony looking over the water. We watched as the tide rolled in and the sunset, even with the snowy conditions. On our last night, we all walked the 50feeet to the private water views to light sparklers and celebrate this amazing experience (don't worry we were sure to toss them in the trash-as the beach was pristine and we wanted to respect that). My favorite part was cooking in the kitchen and using the gorgeous appliances, double sinks (great for keeping kosher), and cooking. It truly was hard to leave...I struggle with being back in my "tiny" home now that I've experienced such beauty. Also, Susan, the property manager was extremely helpful!

Fantastic stay - Couldn't have asked for more

Our family travels quite a lot and out of the literal dozens of places we have stayed around the world - this is one of our absolute favorites. The house is as gorgeous in person as it is in the pictures. The host, Susan did an amazing job communicating and addressing any of our questions. The house is located on the bay with its own private beach area . We really couldn't think of anything we would change. It is ridiculously close to downtown Boston - yet you would never know it while you are sitting on the bay enjoying a crazy sunrise. There were 4 of us that stayed but we had family members come in for the day on a couple of occasions. We made a road trip to the cape (super easy) and even though we were there for 8 days, we could have easily stayed longer. Within walking distance of the Marina (definitely should check it out). Many great areas for walking. I could write pages on the house. Everything is state of the art and very cool. Before we arrived I was a little concerned by the upstairs loft because it seemed like it could be intrusive of your privacy to the master bedroom. Not to worry, the upstairs loft can be closed off by the master bedroom so that isn't a concern. We pretty much did everything. We grilled a few times on one of the two outside grills (perfect). We served a big dinner one night that we prepared in the gourmet kitchen ( exceptional), we lounged on the beach a number of times ( sensational), and we especially loved the rainfall shower heads every morning. The kitchen and beverage refrigerator oven, etc etc is perfect for an extended stay. The house is very well designed for guests. Exceptionally, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Three separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms and an additional bedroom attached to one of the bedrooms for kids. An upstairs work space with an exercise area and yoga mats. There is even a tower light on top of the house. I really loved our stay as did our whole party - the house can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people. The best recommendation I could give the house and the host is that I would stay there again in an instant and I usually wouldn't consider staying at the same place twice but i would stay here again. - 5 stars across the board. Oh, and John the neighbor four houses down caught us fresh live lobster one night. What a treat! A shout out to Ronan, the house designer and architect who we met one night. Great job man - the house is wonderful!

This property is absolutely amazing. The location is so convenient and the views throughout the home are so beautiful. We loved walking the beach and watching all the boats. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. This home was everything we could have asked for and more. We would love to stay here again.
