Come and enjoy Mimizan plage as well as a discovery of the Landes and the Basque Country where many activities await you!
Housing ideally located in a secure residence 200 meters from the main beach and all amenities.
This 50 m² duplex apartment located in the heart of Mimizan Plage, consists of a living room/kitchen equipped with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140/190 bed, a shower room and a WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140/190 bed and two 90/190 trundle beds, a bathroom with toilet.
You can enjoy the outdoors thanks to the balcony with garden furniture for adults and children.
The accommodation also has a private parking space in the residence.
Animals not accepted.
BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.
