Best Location at Calypso

Cant beat 108 West. Great view, the pool is not up in your face. so its private on the balcony. VIP Parking is awesome. park, walk up one flight of stairs and you are in. Warren Beach was wonderful. Just could not have asked for a better Vacation Condo.

The best of all worlds. No stairs, no elevators, No fighting the parking deck crowd. Park right under the condo and Viola! your in. Very comfortable and clean. We rent this condo every time we come, Its my Florida Beach Home.

Best location. Love Calypso. This was our favorite condo.

We stay at Calypso each year over spring break. We loved 208 and cant wait to come back. This was our favorite unit we have rented and so glad we tried the first floor. Mitch told us it was like having our own beach house and he was spot on. Park, walk in, and start vacationing. Cant wait to return.

Great location and beautifully kept condo

We were there for Ironman Florida for the 3rd time and this was the best experience yet. Best location for the race, ground floor for easy access and a super close parking spot.

Great location

We love this location and ground floor unit. The VIP parking is an added bonus. The unit is in good shape, could use a little work and low water pressure in the showers. Very short walk to Pier Park. The trip was a little overshadowed by the number of unsupervised teens everywhere.

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was super convenient staying on the first floor. We loved not having to use the elevator while going back and forth to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and parking in the VIP spot right below the condo was great! Also, the view from the room was amazing being right on the beach.

Very nice ground floor unit close to reserved parking space. The common areas around the property are well maintained. We found everything we needed in the condo for cooking. The towels were surprisingly soft and large for a rental property. The management company did a great job with communication and instructions.

Great Location

The area is wonderful for a vacation. We were able to walk to everything during the day and with the full kitchen only took the car out at night to go to dinner at restaurants farther away. The arrival and stay was seamless. I had a few questions before check in since I missed the email with all the details and my messages got quick replies. Very pleased with our stay and hope to return soon.
