Private Hot Tub-close to 4 ski resorts!

Located off Wasatch Blvd between Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons; home to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird and Alta, four of the best ski resorts in the world, and only minutes away from each. Less than a mile to Big Cottonwood Canyon Park & Ride and 3 miles to Little Cottonwood Canyon Park & Ride bus pick up. Short walk to Ferguson hiking trail & valley/sunset overlook. 5 minute walk to grocery store and restaurants. 22 minutes to airport, 18 minutes to downtown SLC and 30 minutes to Park City.

The space
Our hot tub is serviced daily making sure the chlorine levels are clean, healthy, and safe per CDC guidelines. You'll have exclusive access to the hot tub for your use only.

A guest is defined as anyone who enters the home during your stay regardless if you they spend the night.

Pets: $25 per pet per day Boxelder bugs are extremely common pests in the state of Utah.
These insects are considered a big nuisance pest, as they can reproduce quickly, but they do not cause much structural damage. These bugs are also not considered to be a health hazard to humans.

Although we do our best to keep them out of the apartment, adult Boxelder bugs typically can fly several blocks, and can sometimes travel as far as two miles making it difficult to eradicate them!

You may encounter them inside our units or anywhere in the city especially in extremely hot or cold temperatures when they are doing anything they can to get inside.

Ants are also rampant in the state of Utah. Whether you are camping, having a picnic, or working in the yard, you are likely to see a colony of ants. You may also see them inside especially if sweets are left. We regularly treat our places for these pests but you may encounter them.

We do our best to keep them out of the unit but please know you could encounter any of these pests.

Utah Ski Trip

Very convenient location, easy access to all ski resorts in SLC area. Supermarket within walking distance is a plus. One of the better stocked kitchens we’ve encountered in our travels. Would definitely stay again.

Clean house in a great location. Stocked kitchen and even bigger than I originally thought it would be. It is a duplex with 3 floors- basement suite with master bedroom with bath and kitchen, first floor kitchen and living room and upper stair bedrooms with bathrooms and laundry.

Great spot - so clean!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Cottonwood Heights! The house was so clean when we arrived and the host was so kind as to provide so many extra necessary items for our stay…right down to the 2 dog beds (traveling with our older pup), a set of earplugs on every nightstand, and coffee pods in the cupboard. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were dealt with quickly and professionally. The host was very easy to reach and was courteous and thoughtful! I highly recommend this little gem if you’re staying in the Salt Lake area!

Beautiful condo in great location!

Beautifully decorated and stocked condo, we enjoyed our stay here! Kitchen has everything you could ever need and outdoor grill is convenient. The home is comfortable and has wonderful finishes and furnishings. I loved the bedding so much I bought myself a set! Can tell they have remodeled top to bottom. Owner was very responsive and helpful when needed. Nice patio to sit out on and the hot tub was very clean and looks new. There were a few little beetles that got into the house, but they are harmless and to be expected in the mountains. Location was great - 5 min walk (1min drive) to grocery, close to Mountaintop views/resort or heading other way into the city. Overall we would definitely stay here again and so glad we found this gem!

This was my first time using/staying at a vrbo and these hosts were great! We had a group of 7 and the house worked fantastic. The hot tub was also amazing! Everything was so clean and we had candies and earplugs left on the bedside tables when we checked in. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice place we would stay again

We only stayed for one night, but we needed some extras. The place was nice and clean. It accommodated all 6 of us and our dogs easily. Lezlee was a great host. Lots of communication. When we asked if we could check in early, she had extra cleaners come and get the place ready for us. We didn’t get to use the hot tub because it needed to be cleaned, but our stay was so brief that it didn’t change anything for us. Overall, it was a great place in a great location and we would definitely stay again.
