Lock box

Could not get the code to work very well on arrival and would not work at all on departure. Refrigerator was not clean. Good location and comfortable bed.

Hi Patti, we provide detailed instructions with the lock box code that have not caused any complication with any of our previous guests. The refrigerator shows sign of usage; as any used application does- but we ensure that we clean throughly to care for our guests. I wish that you had voiced this concern during your stay so that we could have accommodated you.

Excellent location!

In addition to a great location, the resident neighbors were very friendly and invited us to their weekly "coffee chat". The unit was clean and very close to the swimming pool (which we enjoyed). Also appreciated the timely refund of our damage deposit.
