Beautiful 1 bedroom 2nd floor oceanfront condo just steps from the beach. Private balcony has amazing ocean sunrise views! Best location in Sea Cabins - close to beach! Sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen - everything you will need. 55" Flat Screen in living room and New flat screen in bedroom. Free Youtube TV, Nflix, HBO, Show, Max, and Prime included along with WIFI and DVD!

Gated access to the beach and a private fishing pier for Sea Cabin guests. Beautiful swimming pool with separate kiddy pool.

Great property! Everything was as advertised. Nice view of the beach, amenities were plentiful with added touches that made us feel at home during our stay. Easy parking and access to great restaurants and just a short drive to Charleston. We highly recommend this wonderful villa for couples or families with 1or 2 younger children. Thanks Glenn!

We had the best time! Communication was outstanding from booking to check out! We were late getting in from our canceled flight and woke up to the most beautiful sunrise! We appreciates the snacks set up for us as we got in at 1am and were starving! Even with the cold snap, my Midwest kids grabbed all the sand toys and headed directly to the beach to soak up every minute! The condo had everything you could think of, even down to the sunscreen in the bathroom! We appreciated the detailed list of all the local restaurants and activites on IOP and surrounding areas. You cannot beat being within walking distance to EVERYTHING, beach to breakfast! We even met Glenn in person and chatted about the Iowa Hawkeyes, he is a gem. We can't wait to book again!
