Luxury home in Decatur 4 bed 3 bath with hot tub

This beautifully designed home includes custom kitchen and Bathroom. A smart TV in each bedroom with Netflix, Disney plus & more streaming capabilities. Led lights throughout the house and a spacious backyard with hot tub that seats up to 4 people. Our home is within walking distance to public transportation (literally at the end of the block) and is near 2 major freeway I-285 and I-20) for easy access to the city. The neighborhood is really quite and safe. Smoking allowed outside only. I do live here so there may be some personal items in the home. The house is a 4 bedroom home. The fourth bedroom is off limits to guest. I travel a lot so I am not always here to greet guests but if I am here I look forward to meeting you. There is a camera in the common area and on the doorbell. Cameras are only reviewed if there is an incident.

I had an ok experience!

This place was very appealing from the pictures, but I do feel that some pictures should be updated. My main issue was that they had cameras inside and outside of the property which caused me to feel a bit uneasy, considering the fact there is a hot tub and we were walking around in bikinis. Property could have been cleaner. You can tell that there was something’s that should have been updated or fixed before the owner rented the property out. All in all I loved the Led lighting and property is very close to stores!

Great stay

It’s was good a little pricey tho for what it is an the cable situation was bad an couldn’t get the projector to work but overall great place stay an enjoy family vacation

Perfect stay w/small hiccup

This place was exactly like the picture, beautiful home, don’t let the outside image fool you, very up to date. The property manager communicated SOOO WELL with me, quick response with every text. If he could add written instructions for use of the projector in the living room, it’s definitely a perfect stay.

This property was completely renovated about 3 years ago includes modern updated kitchen and bathrooms, crown molding, in home theater with smart projector and sound bar, hot tub & smart locks on the doors for easy check in. This location is located near 2 major freeways for easy access to the city without the day to day inner city traffic. I’m walking distance to public transportation. There are also a lot of stores and restaurants near by.

What makes this property unique

Our flower wall serves as a beautiful backdrop for pictures. We also have a screen that drops down to converts the area into a home theater. There are smart TVs in each room and a four person hot tub in the backyard.
