Great House!

We were down for a baseball tournament in Rosenberg. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. We had no complaints with the stay and the house was exactly as described.

Great house for a family get together

Perfect for a get together with our children and grand children. Lots of bedrooms and beds in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Okay stay…

The home was spacious and easy to locate. The kitchen and bathrooms were sparsely stocked - really just bare minimums. For example, soap bottles were nearing the bottom of the bottle, kitchen utensils were sporadic and things like hot pads were no where to be found. Many of the lamps in the home were broken or placed where there was no outlet. Multiple blinds in the home were broken, in fact one fell off the door To the porch when closed. The biggest issue was that everything was dirty! It was a real turn off when we arrived, tired from a 10 hour drive and just ready to relax. Thankfully we had cleaner and extra linens with us so we were able to tidy up a bit before settling in for the night. We cleaned as we left and definitely left it smelling better than when we arrived.

We really loved the property-It was spacious, clean and we had all what we needed. We were really happy with our overall experience. Some remarks and room for improvement: The Beddings were a little less luxurious, old and consumed. A supervisor should inspect and refresh stuff. They mowed the yard when we were leaving.

Rosenberg House

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the house in Rosenberg. House was what we expected based on the description. Cleanliness and location made our family gathering enjoyable.

Bare Necessities

Cockroaches in the kitchen Light in Master bath was flickering Dirty bathrooms Stove was dirty End recliner by the kitchen was not closing properly. The swivel barstool was unsafe. Not enough kitchen linens. The silverware and dishes were dirty and not enough. The silverware quality and quantity was cheap. No hotpads. No dinner forks. Only salad forks. Wasp and hornets nests in the outside seating area. Upstairs bedroom upstairs to the right of the stairs didn't have a tv/internet connection. Upstairs bathroom shower rod fell. No water pressure at all in the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen was barely stocked. No steak knives

Lots of Space & Good Location

Well-appointed house with plenty of room for my family & I. The neighborhood was lovely, too—good for walks, and my nephews loved the playground with a splash pad nearby. The host was kind and responsive, too, and all around, it was a great stay!
