The house was very nice just as the pictures show. House is 5 bedrooms 3 baths and mostly twin beds so not really set up for a couples weekend. Everything was nice and clean so no complaints overall!

Worst experience ever

My group and I got there at the check in time , we tried contacting the house owner and nothing she finally got a hold of us when we knocked on the door. Told us she “forgot” we were coming and that the house wasn’t ready. She said she would refund us for the the first night but it’s been a month and she stopped responding my messages. We were stranded in Riverside county till almost 9 pm , 5 hours after check in . The house is nice and under normal circumstances it would have been a good experience , but can you really count on this host and house for your vacation?

Great property and owner!!

We were five adults and three children. Booking was easy. Property was clean and as advertised. Garage was not available. There was a problem with fire alarms going off at the middle of the night. Owner was responsive and was able to quickly take care of it. Highly recommend it. Will book again.

We Enjoyed our Time

It was different than the other properties I have booked in the way of directions on what to do like what day is trash day so that we could set it out and what to do upon leaving with the linens and things. Also didn't supply linens but not a big deal for us but the other homes that we have stayed at for vacation did. I guess that's the reason for not being a 5. Overall it was good and we had a nice time.

Good location

The property was listed as a 5 bathroom but only had 3. When we went to bed the first night we discovered that the sheets had not been changed from the last guest. The owner came over right away the next morning and she did correct a lot of the issues, she was very nice and easy to deal with. The house should be better equipped. No cookie sheets, no iron, no hair dryer, no wine opener,etc. there should be better instructions. We were not given the code to check in until check in time and no instructions for leaving. Did we need to strip the beds, carry out the trash, etc.

Thank you so much to the owner for her beautiful home that accommodated our 3 families (Reno & Hawaii). It's been chaotic with the pandemic and having a lot of unknowns in the process of booking our travels but we are so grateful that a home such as this home eased our worries. It was clean and conveniently located to everything - WalMart/Costco/Gas etc... Owner was very flexible & generous to our requests. We will come back if we ever need to come back to Riverside. We Highly recommend this home! God Bless!
