Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren 4 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr netter und direkter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt da alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir können eine klare Empfehlung geben und würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen

Erholung, schöne Natur, Geschichte und Kultur

Wunderbar helle perfekt ausgestattete sehr geräumige Wohnung, schöner überdachter Balkon vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer zugänglich mit direktem Blick auf den Seerhein; Supermarktzentrum fussläufig, Altstadt, Hafen und Zentrum in kurzem Fußweg über die Fahrradbrücke erreichbar. Für uns der perfekte Urlaub, vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang!

Domizil mit Flair

Moderne, sehr aufgeräumte und saubere Wohnung mitten in Konstanz. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Ein Fahrradverleih und Edika sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Nur schade, das wir wegen Corona nicht in die Schweizer Berge durften. Aber es gab trotzdem genug zu sehen. Vielen Dank.

I so love this flat

This was my third trip Konstanz in five years. We started with a bike trip around the lake in October of 2014. The trip began and ended in Konstanz. Somewhere in there we fell in love with the place, so I wanted to come back again. Since I keep going back to Konstanz, I plan another country to visit first as well. This time it was Brussels, which is only a little over an hour away flight time. The owner was extremely accommodating with my arrival, and the flat is perfect for my/ (daughter in 30's, female partner in 40's, myself in my 50's) our needs. You can view the Rhine River (though I once saw it referred to as a lake?) from the high rising glass doors if the balcony proves too chilly for your liking (I went off season). This flat makes you feel like your more intertwined with a community rather than being in a vacation place. An amazing grocery store (EDEKA) is across the street as well as a MediaMarkt (for any electronic needs you may have forgotten). Holly's, a great place to eat/drink, is across from EDEKA. Keep going North from MediaMarkt you'll find a biergarten that had our favorite server, next to that a bakery with great products and coffee. I can't remember the name of the biergarten or the bakery (or our server) and it's not appearing on my Google Maps, but I'm telling you they are there and not to miss if you like bakeries and biergartens. :) I want to give a final shout out to Logan's Irish Pub which is East of the flat, the other direction from all previous mentioned items. When we came into town, it was late, we wanted a refreshment, and it was a great night. The other part of being in the everyday living is you walk across the bike/pedestrian bridge into town (?) (the Olde town? City Center?, not sure what to call it) and, if during a work/school day, people are everywhere, with kids, seemingly too young to be on their own, going about on their bikes/scooters. Crime seems to be low in this beautiful village. It was more grey this time of year, but we had one fantastic clear day to view the snow capped Alps, which is another part of the fun of Konstanz. The train is a 23 minute walk away, so if you have time and don't want to get a cab (not sure if the bus goes by there?) you can walk it. (Cabs seem to be pricey around the area) If I could stay in that flat for a month, I would. Still may.

Da ist das Wunschlos keine Niete!

Welche Überraschung! Endlich mal eine Ferienwohnung, die unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen hat. Wir waren begeistert von dieser sehr gut durchdachten und wunderbar gestalteten Unterkunft. Da hat alles gepasst. Jedes Detail verriet, dass sich da jemand richtig Gedanken gemacht hat. Mehr als reichlich ausgestattete Küche, perfekte Einrichtung und Deko mit praktischem Nutzen in allen Zimmern, alles tiptop in Ordnung und sehr gemütlich. Dazu die wunderbare Aussicht und die tolle Lage. Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage!

Obwohl die Wohnung an einer befahrenen Straße liegt, bekommt man, dank hervorragender Fenster, davon drinnen nichts mit. Die Lage ist hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für jedwede Aktivität geeignet. Im Grunde braucht man noch nicht einmal ein Auto, hat aber dennoch einen Tiefgaragenplatz und einen abeschlossenen Fahrradraum inklusive. Drumherum gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar und die schöne Uferpromenade liegt direkt vor der Haustür. In zehn Minuten erreicht man die Innenstadt zu Fuß. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man also shoppen gehen, ins Kino oder die Therme, und bei schönem Wetter Ausflüge in die Umgebung wagen. Uns hat diese Kombination sehr gut gefallen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr angenehm!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer wobei das zweite an der Straße liegt. Durch integrierte Belüftung ist dies aber kein Problem. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön geräumig, ebenso das Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und das extra wc. Die Küche hat im Vergleich zu der Küche zu Hause wenig abstellmöglichkeuten war aber ok. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus selber war ruhig. Wir ( Eltern mit Kleinkind) haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Magnifique appartement

Magnifique appartement dans un état parfait, grand, très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, très joliment décoré et très bien placé (en bordure du lac et le centre de Konstanz est joignable à pied en 10 à 15 minutes). Le propriétaire est quelqu'un de discret et tout à la fois très attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine, tant pour le cadre et la région que pour cette location, à recommander! A noter: le Strandbad - plage - à quelques kilomètres (quelques minutes en voiture) est un endroit idéal pour les familles: un lieu aménagé pour les baignades dans le lac, les moments de détente autour d'une Currywurst et autres jeux de ballons.
