Ideal for 2 adults and, if needed, 1–2 additional children. Not suitable for more than 2 adults.<br>1 living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m wide sleeping surface) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, shower/toilet, washing machine and dryer, and a small terrace. The apartment is located in the basement and receives plenty of natural light due to its hillside location.<br><br>The accommodation<br>The apartment is accessible at ground level from the courtyard. It is lovingly furnished and equipped with modern amenities. The living area features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a pull-out sofa bed; the bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV. The kitchen includes, among other things, dishes and cutlery, cookware, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker with a supply of coffee, a Senseo coffee maker, a tea towel, dish soap, a sponge, and various cleaning supplies, as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom includes hand and bath towels, a hair dryer, and hand soap.<br><br>Guest access<br>You have separate access to the apartment, where you’ll find everything you need for self-catering. You’re welcome to use the shared grill area.<br><br>Additional Important Information<br>The apartment is ideal for 2 adults or a family with 1–2 young children. It is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby, you’ll find 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bank, and 2 bus stops.<br>The city of Konstanz has decided to introduce a tourism and climate protection tax effective as of 01.04.2023. This replaces the previously levied visitor’s tax. The tourism and climate protection tax amounts to 5.6 percent of the (gross) overnight stay price and applies to all guests aged 18 and older. These costs are included in the price of the holiday rental.<br>The on-site private car park is suitable for small and mid-size cars. Larger vehicles must park outside the property in the available public parking spaces.
