Nestled in the heart of a small quiet hamlet in the north of the Lot, close to Cantal and Aveyron, the house "Ti'Ostal" with its beautiful local stone offers you a relaxing family stay.<br>The house:<br>You will enter directly into the main kitchen/dining room with its traditional "cantou" now equipped with a pellet stove.<br>The kitchen area, separated from the dining area by an authentic Zinc, has all the necessary equipment: American refrigerator, microwave, oven, 5-burner gas hob, kettle, senséo and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils and crockery.<br>The dining area with its large table that seats 8 people;<br>Separated by 2 steps you will then find a pleasant living room elegantly decorated with a large flat screen.<br>The first bedroom is a master suite with a king size bed (180X200) with its private bathroom equipped with two sinks and a walk-in shower and separate toilet.<br>The second bedroom offers a double bed (140x200).<br>The third bedroom in the attic is composed of 4 single beds and can therefore accommodate up to 4 children, it is accessible by the staircase from the dining room.<br>You will find a second independent bathroom equipped with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, as well as a second separate toilet.<br>We provide a cot and a high chair on request.<br>A private swimming pool:<br>The swimming pool (8x4m) is private and secure (alarm and barrier). <br>On its beaches you will find a relaxation area with sun loungers and a dining area.<br>Hosts at your disposal:<br>We are staying on the property in a separate stone outbuilding.<br>We welcome you personally, and at your request give you all the information and tips to allow you to spend an unforgettable stay with us.
