L'emplacement de la location est top : à proximité des lieux touristiques, à la campagne avec une piscine agréable. En revanche, l'isolation phonique de la maison entre le rez-de-chaussée et l'étage est inexistante. Nous avons signalé dès notre arrivée le 9 août la présence d'un nid de guêpes dans une des chambres de l'étage, problème qui n'a été résolu que le 13 août. Entre temps, une chambre à l'étage était inutilisable. Nous avons essayé d'utiliser le canapé lit du rez de chaussée. En le dépliant, nous avons constaté son état déplorable. Le propriétaire, par le biais de Sébastien, nous a indiqué qu'on ne pouvait s'en servir (pourquoi alors indiquer 4 chambres ?) Après l'orage, le projecteur extérieur a rendu l'âme, sans aucune solution, la terrasse extérieure était donc inutilisable à la nuit tombée. En outre, l'eau de la douche de l'étage ruisselle au rez-de-chaussée (plan de travail de cuisine et porte de chambre). J'avoue que cela fait beaucoup de désagréments pour si peu de temps d'utilisation. Dans ces conditions, je pense que la prise en charge du coût de la location des draps aurait été un minimum, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Nous tenons à remercier en tout cas Sébastien, représentant du propriétaire loueur, pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.

Wir haben das Haus für 2 Wochen gemietet. Perfekte Lage, unkompliziert und absolut sauber. Nach der Ankunft besuchte uns unser Gastgeber und hieß uns herzlich willkommen. Pool ist sauber, Terrasse groß genug für 6 Personen, ausreichend Schatten. Schöne Orte und Restaurants in der Umgebung, alle innerhalb von 20-40 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einen Besuch wert sind das Château de Saignes, das Petite Village de Carennac, Saint-Céré und natürlich Le Gouffre de Padirac. Erwägen Sie einen Wochenendausflug nach Cahors (mit Übernachtung und Abendessen am Abend!). Ich hoffe, bald wiederzukommen.

Zeer leuk, vrijstaand authentiek huis, gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving. Niet ver van leuke plaatsen zoals Rocamadour en Sarlat la Caneda. Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, daarnaast een fijn zwembad met een gigantische tuin erom heen. Tijdens een wandeling door de tuin kom je reeën en wilde zwijnen tegen. De keuken is klein maar heeft een vaatwasser en is goed voorzien van keukengerei. Wij zijn een week geweest en hebben een super vakantie gehad.

Séjour agréable

Extérieur de la maison très agréable. La piscine est grande et ensoleillée, l'extérieur est immense et sans vis-à-vis. Plein de belles balades à faire aux alentours sans nécessairement prendre la voiture (chemins de randonnées à proximité). La personne qui nous a accueillie était très chaleureuse. C'était un peu compliqué de trouver la maison la première fois car les coordonnées GPS ne nous y conduisaient pas, mais nous avons appelé le propriétaire qui nous a guidé par téléphone. L'intérieur de la maison est rustique mais c'est très correct pour des vacances. La maison est cependant très mal insonorisée entre le rdc et l'étage, impossible de se déplacer à l'étage sans réveiller ceux qui dorment en dessous. C'était le seul point négatif (avec la cafetière qui est très très très longue). Sinon tout était parfait ! Maison pleine de charme, séjour très agréable :)

Een heel gezellig huis en proper zwembad. Huisje lag in een prachtige en rustige omgeving. Wel wat ver van plaatsjes om te bezoeken. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars. 1 heel klein minpuntje dat we hebben doorgegeven aan de eigenaars: het buitenlicht hangt net boven het zonnescherm, waardoor we 's avonds niet genoeg licht hadden om nog wat te lezen of ... De eigenaars namen dit met plezier mee om aan te passen. Voor de rest, niets op aan te merken.

Gorgeous spot with lovely grounds

This is a lovely house, gorgeous character and charm to it and the size of the outside space is fantastic. The location is rural, car is an absolute must. Down a lane and in the middle of some lovely trees, you can walk to the local baker if you go down the lane and into the little ravine and back out the other side. But you can’t pop anywhere from here, so great if you want to be away from it all. Property was fine for our little ones but likely better for slightly bigger kids - the pool isn’t heated and it was sadly too cold for our small ones to enjoy it (this was late June). Property owners are lovely but spoke little English which is the only reason I rated slightly lower but we managed. The directions don’t take you to the property, the sat nav directions take you to the village nearby so we had to call the owners who came to find us at a nearby bar and showed us the way. So it was all fine but not sure how we would have found it alone. Overall, lovely place.

La maison est magnifiquement rénovée, au calme, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'excellentes vacances: piscine, barbecue, grand jardin avec filet de badminton, goal de football et portique balançoire, vélos, cuisine équipée, belles chambres et salles de bains. Communication facile avec les propriétaires. Belles balades tout autour, village à moins de 10 minutes à pied avec boulangerie/mini épicerie. Seul point à savoir: entre le rez-de-chaussée et l'étage, il n'y a pas d'isolation donc on entend tout.

We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie met onze twee kleine kindjes. Het zwembad was deels ondiep wat de kindjes heel leuk vonden. Een zeer grote tuin die goed onderhouden is. Het huis heeft het nodige comfort zowel binnen als buiten. Zeer rustige omgeving met toch de nodige bezienswaardigheden in de nabije omgeving. Er waren twee goede kinderbedjes aanwezig, de eetstoel was wel te klein voor onze peuter van 2 jaar.

We hadden een droomvakantie! Het huis ligt rustig in het groen en is precies zoals omschreven op de website. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Alles in aanwezig (wasmachine, vaatwas, diepvries en frigo,...). Ik zag in de oudere beoordelingen dat de potten en pannen verouderd waren. Deze werden echter ondertussen vervangen door nieuwe kwalitatieve exemplaren. Het zwembad was goed onderhouden en zorgde voor uren zwemplezier! In de omgeving valt heel wat te beleven. In het huis vind je informatie voor allerlei daguitstappen in de buurt. Op 10 minuten rijden is er een grote supermarkt. We vonden het jammer te moeten vertrekken!

Mooi vakantiehuis, heerlijke ligging ver weg van de drukte. Het weggetje dat toegang geeft tot het huis... geweldig! Paardjes in de achtertuin( voor ons, paardenliefhebbers een meerwaarde!). Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Het huisje op zich was niet heel ruim, voor 6 personen was de woonruimte niet zo groot, de slaapkamers waren zeker wel voldoende ruim. De bovenverdieping is in hout dus kraakte wel wat, de keuken was vrij klein maar voldoende. Het ondiepe gedeelte van het zwembad was super voor de kids! Rocamadour en de aapjes daar eten geven en, de grotten van padiraczijn een aanrader De bakker op de D840 richting Figeac ook een aanrader!

Bij aankomst hebben we de sleutel opgehaald bij het atelier van de eigenaar. Toen we weg gingen stond de avond ervoor een ander (onbekend) persoon voor onze neus, die het geld voor de verplichte eindschoonmaak en het bedlinnen kwam innen. Het huis ligt in een zeer groene omgeving met tal van activiteiten binnen 30 minuten aan te rijden. Het dorp zelf is zowat 'uitgestorven'. Bakker, slager e.d. zijn hier al lange tijd gesloten. Huis en omgeving is niet geschikt voor mensen die erg slecht te been zijn. Accommodatie voldoet, maximaal voor 6 personen en heeft als minpuntje dat het erg gehorig is (houten vloer). Keukenmateriaal hebben we wat aangevuld. Theedoeken/ sopdoeken, ovenschalen en tosti ijzer staan/ liggen niet in de keukenkasten maar in het tv meubilair. WiFi werkt. Zwembad is geschikt voor jong- en oud (loopt van af). Zeker met mooi weer is dit een fijn stekkie!

Leuke ontvangst, huis zeer proper en tiptop in orde. Duidelijk dat eigenaars trots zijn op hun woning! Ideaal voor gezin met kleine als grote kinderen. Veel speelruimte, speeltoestellen, goed overzicht door ouders en zwembad afgebakend. Alleen de matrassen op de 2 grote bedden zijn te hard.

Mooi huis, rustig, afgelegen, TOP! We hadden 14 dagen prachtig weer. Mooi zwembad. Keukenmateriaal redelijk krap, zeker indien je met 6 personen zou zijn. Kookpotten en pannen aan vernieuwing toe.
