Welcome to our inviting retreat nestled in South Denver! Perfectly situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac, our home offers easy access to hiking and biking trails, and a nearby park, and is conveniently located for day trips to Boulder and Colorado Springs.

You'll have the entire sunny and spacious house to yourself, featuring a delightful outdoor space complete with a deck off the master bedroom and a covered patio with a gas firepit and seating for six. Enjoy outdoor dining with the provided grill, or simply relax and take in the serene surroundings.



Families will appreciate the thoughtful amenities such as a toddler chair, baby chair, and pack-n-play. The backyard has a custom backyard fort with a tube slide and a sandbox. Enjoy the basketball hoop in the driveway. You also have access to our washer and dryer.

Inside, the home boasts modern comforts including wood floors, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and cozy living spaces. Entertainment options include two Smart TVs and board games. The game room has foosball, air hockey table, and basketball shooting game.

Summer in Denver

Teesha was a wonderful host, especially given the fact that we experienced a tornado during our stay. She was quick to respond and to help take care of the tree and property damage. My only suggestion for improvement would be to allow garage access to protect our vehicles. The area receives a lot of hail and the rare tornado. Overall we had a wonderful stay despite the weather.
