This cozy condo offers all the comforts of home including a living room with a smart Smart T.V, Blue Ray-Player, Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and of course a comfy couch, a kitchen with all the essentials and a bedroom with a brand new King size bed and a dresser for your convenience. Lots of storage space in the 2 closets.

Near Cedar Breaks, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Navajo Lake, Panguitch Lake and tons of hiking trails & mountain biking in the summer.

I don't think this should be advertised as a ski-in, ski-out stay. It was a 5 minute drive to the base of the mountain, and I saw no way to access a lift from my room. The property was clean and easy to access, however I paid for the ski-in, ski-out access and I am disappointed.

Very clean and well equipped. We were cozy with the extra blankets provided and the heater in the bedroom. The fireplace is nice and the kitchen had all we needed-including great coffee!

It was an amazingly cozy and comfortable place. Whatever you need for the trip, they are all prepared in the place. Very clean, well maintained, very cute little place. We stayed for two night for snowboarding trip and will definitely go back for the next trip. Communication with the host was great and she accommodated all our needs kindly. We are glad to fine this little germ in Brian Head.
