Beautiful Gîte 3 épis, in exposed stone with shaded terrace

A holiday rental with a large terrace equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue, located in a mid-mountain village. You’ll enjoy a setting of meadows and forests, ideal for walking, hiking, and mountain biking. Just a stone’s throw from the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park and close to the large, pristine Laprade Lake. The Montagnès Lake, 10 km away, is a great spot for relaxation, fishing, and swimming.

Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove and TV area, separate kitchen opening onto the terrace, and a half-bath. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90) and 1 double bed (150), a full bathroom with a toilet, and a hallway that can be used as a game room. Heating is an additional charge of 0.15€/kW (8 kW included).
Parking is available across from the cottage. There is a bar, restaurant, and supermarket in the village.

Séjour aux Martys

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location. Petit point ce pendant à améliorer ,des portes manteau dans la salle de bain seraient les bienvenus et la cour extérieur aurait mérité un bon coup de débroussaillage .Pas non plus de séchoir à linge portable dans la maison. Beaucoup de belles balades à faire au tour du gîte.Et merci à Carole pour son accueil.
