It is here that you will spend a relaxing stay, in a quiet area, ideal for resting and recharging your batteries. Nearby, several remarkable sites to visit: the City of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi and its engineering structures, the Mazamet footbridge, the Alzeau intake and its gully, the surrounding lakes where swimming and fishing are possible, the book village of Montolieu, the paper mill of Brousses and Villaret or the Cathar castles of Lastours and many other villages and abbeys. So many activities and beautiful discoveries to do with family or friends less than half an hour from the cottage. On site, you can walk the hiking trails around the hamlet to appreciate the incredible landscapes of the surroundings. On the menu of your holidays, a total disconnection and harmony with nature. The cottage has a large private and fenced outdoor area of 500m2 and a terrace of 150m2 with garden furniture and barbecue to fully enjoy your meals on sunny days. Single-storey cottage which opens onto the living room with a lounge area with sofas, TV and a dining table. The living room opens directly onto an integrated and fully equipped kitchen. A dining room with table and sofa opening directly onto the rear terrace. A laundry area with washing machine. A separate toilet. Two independent bathrooms with shower and sink. Three bright bedrooms: one with two 90 cm beds, one with a 160 cm double bed and a last one with a 140 cm double bed. End of stay cleaning is included. Towels and bed linen can be provided for a small supplement to be paid on site. Baby equipment on request (cot and high chair). Internet connection via a 5 GB Airbox for the week. Private parking along the gîte.
