This exquisitely furnished, charming Cape Cod house is within an easy walk of Chatham's beaches, Fish Pier, Lighthouse, Town Center, outdoor Band Concerts, spa, and fine restaurants. We have deeded rights to water via our private path. 4 swimming beaches are within an easy walk.

It's just a few minutes' walk to The Chatham Bars Inn, golf, spa, tennis facilities and world-class restaurant,

The home sits on nearly an acre (double lot) and has a huge back yard with organic vegetable and flower gardens. The home is well equipped and well maintained and is situated in what is perhaps Chatham's most desirable location, just a short walk to the Chatham Light and Beach.

Fishing, whale watching, boating, and ferries to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard are all available.

Bedrooms include a master with a split-king, and second bedroom with oversized twin set. Bedrooms three and four have trundle twins.

On the property, we have the main house, garage, workshop, and garden shed. We also have a historic windmill (on-going restoration) and not part of any rental.

We have nearly all 5-star reviews, with almost 20 years of hosting small families.

We've rented our oceanside home in the summers for over a decade with every dime being reinvested in this family property. We hope our children and grandchildren will have the same opportunities given to us.

Our property maintenance manager has been with us for almost two decades. We are truly blessed to have great staff to help us maintain this wonderful home.

The location is simply amazing. We post every important detail about the property and provide heaps of recent photographs. There should be no disappointments.
