Spend your Chatham vacation at the POOL! This wonderful home is just minutes to everything downtown Chatham has to offer, and features a luxurious saltwater pool. Walk to swimming at Oyster Pond, shopping along Main Street as well as the Friday Night Band concerts and Chatham A's games. There is plenty of living space, with two living areas and large back yard. Sit out on the front porch with your morning coffee before you head out to the beach. The private back yard offers the pool, and backs up to Chase Park, a very quiet park great for walking your dog. It also has extra parking if you wish to have friends over (our driveway accommodates about 4-5 cars). The three bedrooms are far apart from each other: the master is upstairs, the twin set is downstairs, and the third bedroom is above the garage. This lovely home has it all!

Four Air Conditioning Units: 1 in each bedroom and in the dining room
Sleeps 12: 1 King, Two Queens, Two Twins, and one queen pullout sofa bed. You Can bring airbeds as well!
This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath rental.
One full bathroom in master bedroom
One full bathroom off of the kitchen
One half bathroom is connected to the twin room off of the dining room.
Second large bedroom has no bathroom connected to it.
Distance To Town: 1/10 mile
Distance To Beach: 4/10 mi. Oyster Pond
It is equipped with a washer/dryer and included detergent.
All amenities included, but NO food provided. (coffee maker, appliances, kitchenware, paper towels, linens, propane etc) so please bring own coffee, groceries etc.
Fire pit and wood (located under the back porch) with skewers for s'mores
Weber Grill with propane provided
Pool toys & beach toys provided
All linens and towels provided.
Heated and lighted Pool (kept at 80 degrees)

Location is an easy 5/5. The outdoor spaces are just as great, wonderful pool, very relaxing backyard. Kids had a great time. The house itself is functional, but past-due for some updating. Owners seem super nice, were really easy to deal with and accommodating.

This lovely Chatham home is welcoming. Very easy check-in, clean, the location of the bedrooms allows for privacy, and the common space/family room out to the deck and yard are terrific. This home is also pet friendly so we were able to bring our little buddy, too. The yard and grounds are amazing and the location is perfect - with easy access to Chase Park, downtown Chatham, Oyster Pond Beach – the Best of Chatham! Wonderful and responsive host. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time! The pool, in particular, was an attraction for my 4 year old granddaughter, but my son and 76 year old me also enjoyed it1 The location with its proximity to town and the Oyster Pond is excellent! Highly recommended!

Robert the owner was an excellent host and did a number of nice touches to the poperty to make us feel welcome. The house has tons of space, was very clean and the pool was exceptional. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. A great vacation!

We had a great experience. The house is located a very short walk from town, and the pool was great for our kids. The property is well maintained and there were thoughtful touches like logs waiting for us in the fire pit. We would love to come back.

Wonderful vacation home

My family and I had a great time. Beautiful home and neighborhood. We were walking distance to the town, restaurants, park and even the local beach inlet. Picturesque backyard with a lovely pool. Would definitely go back.

The location is fantastic, and the backyard is truly a highlight — we especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and being able to walk into town with ease. The home has a lot of charm, though there are a few areas that could benefit from some updates and added care. During our stay, the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep up with the summer heat and humidity in the main living areas. As with many older homes, some conveniences like bathroom outlets are limited, but overall, we had a lovely stay and appreciated all that the property and its surroundings had to offer.

The pool and back yard of this home are amazing and the proximity to town is perfect. The home itself is in older condition and the beds are older, etc. Could use a some new beds and furniture.

Great Chatham home

Our July 4th week at this Chase Park home was wonderful. The pool and grounds are simply fantastic as is the property’s location. We spent beautiful mornings drinking coffee on the front porch amidst a sea of hydrangea. The owners were accessible and responsive. I would stay there again and would recommend it for families and couples.

Spacious property, excellent location

My family recently stayed at this house while attending a family wedding in Chatham. The house itself was clean an very spacious, and we greatly enjoyed spending time in the beautifully manicured back yard. The location - walking distance to downtown and immediately adjacent to a park - was perfect for our needs. Our hosts were extremely responsive, and we would happily stay here again in the future!

Many improvements going on throughout the property: new carpets, new floor in the kitchen, new stove, and a new washer/dryer, new vanities in the bathrooms. Wonderful old fashioned front porch to enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee or a cocktail, garage, living room with pullout queen sofabed and large flat screen television with expanded cable, wireless internet, well stocked kitchen and so much more!
