Tolle Lage und Ausstattung

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) zum Skifahren im Haus. Die Lage ist super (5 Min zur Piste) und man hat alles im Haus, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Tolle Lage aber Haus mit Schwächen

Die Lage am Rand von Kössen mit freiem Blick in die Berge ist super, der Garten läd zum Spielen ein. Das Haus ist eigentlich ganz urig aber in die Jahre gekommen. Hier besteht dringender Renovierungsbefarf. Die Sauberkeit hätte auch besser sein können. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden und funktioniert (noch). Dass es kein WLAN gibt, kann man sehen wie man möchte. Weil die Landschaft so schön ist, würden wir wohl wiederkommen, trotz allem.

Groot huis in mooie omgeving

Gelegen in prachtige omgeving. Uitzicht vanaf terras en balkon op de bergen. Ruime tuin gazon. Kamers allen ruim met goede bedden. Geheel wel erg stoffig. Verder veel slordig opgeruimde spullen van oorspronkelijke bewoners. Grote opruiming cq schoonmaak zou goed zijn. Maar verder ontzettend genoten 2 weken met 9 personen. Supermarkt direct om de hoek. Ook elektrische laadpaal om auto op te laden. Huis gelegen in werkelijk prachtig gebied met heel veel mogelijkheden.

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage am Anfang einer kleinen Siedlung mit einem schönen Blick aufs Kaisergebirge. Verschiedene Restaurants im Ort in gut 20 min. Fußläufig zu erreichen, mit dem Auto keine 5 min. Lebensmittelläden in naher Umgebung. Das Haüschen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Einrichtung könnte allerdings mal ein Update vertragen, ist aber trotzdem gemütlich.

Schönes älteres Haus mit Potential.

Das Haus ist eigentlich ideal für mehrere Personen, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine(Beides neu) Betten sind alle gut. Fahrräder lassen sich in einer Garage sicher verstauen. Gute Lage.Leider war aber die vorgefunden Sauberkeit nicht akzeptabel. Die viele Bücher verhindern leider auch eine gründliche Reinigung. Weniger wäre hier mehr. In Zeiten von Corona ist leider zuviel Staub und Spinnweben kein Indiz für eine gründliche Reinigung ,die extrem wichtig ist.

Magnifiques vacances

Maison très agréable qui nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour en Autriche entre randonnées et visites de ville. Accueil très sympathique de Mme Gmeiner. La maison est située à la fois dans un endroit calme et à proximité du village, permettant de se ravitailler en quelques minutes. La maison est bien équipée. Le linge et les draps sont fournis, ce qui est très appréciable. Manquait peut-être un peu de vaisselle en plastique pour bébé et une chaise haute.

Schöner Aufenthalt: Baden und Wandern

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Kaisergebirge. Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten, der nahegelegene Walchsee war herrlich und warm (22 Grad). Wir werden wiederkommen.

Goede prijs/ruimte verhouding.

Huis is wel wat gedateerd, maar prima voor een verblijf met gezin, familie of groep in het prettige Kossen. er zijn vijf slaapkamers en een grote woon/eetkamer met geweldig uitzicht. De beheerster is zeer vriendelijk en snel te bereiken voor vragen.
