For shared use: indoor pool heated (5 x 6 m, pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the house: lounge, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Längenfeld Abzw Aquadome" 220 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 24.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Tennis 700 m, cable car 13 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 26 km. Klobürste defekt duschschlauch undicht. Wäre gut gewesen wenn Toaster und wasserkocher vor Ort gewesen wäre. Hausnummer fehlte. Schlüssel wussten wir nicht wo zu finden ist besser jemand bei Anreise vor Ort.

Schöne Anlage mit ein paar Abstrichen

Das Haus ist absolut sauber und hat eine ruhige Lage. Hallenbad, Dampfbad, Sauna, usw. bieten auch bei schlechtem Wetter viel Abwechslung. Leider war unsere Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Furnier hat sich an den Möbeln abgelöst, auf dem Balkon waren einige Bodenbretter quasi durchgemodert und haben sich nach oben gebogen. Leider ist der Fahrradraum im UG, die E-Bikes passen nicht in den Aufzug und müssen getragen werden.

Tolles Objekt mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern

Tolles Gebäude in toller Lage mit viel Extras (Hallenbad, Sauna, etc.) Allerdings ist das Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung an manchen Stellen dringend nötig. So ware unser Zimmer zwar super sauber, die Möbel aber sehr stark abgenutzt, das Furnier an den Ecken weg. Ebenso war der Holzboden der Terasse an einigen Stellen durchgemodert, es waren Löcher drin, und die Dielen stand hoch. Ebenso das Balkongeländer. Wie gesagt, tolles Objekt, aber es wird Zeit etwas zu tun. Leider mussten wir unsere E-Bikes in den Keller (Skistiefelraum) tragen, da in den Aufzug keine Fahrräder passen.

Sehr dunkles Apartment, Balkon gegenüber einer Hauswand, daher kam kein Licht hinein.minimalistische Ausstattung, sehr kleiner Esstisch, keine weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch im SPA-Beteich funktionierte nicht alles wie es sollte.

Schöner Urlaub

Das saubere Apartment verfügte über alles was man benötigt, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der hauseigene Pool und die Sauna waren ebenfalls gut gepflegt.

Ich war vorab skeptisch, muss jedoch eingestehen, dass meine Vorbehalte unbegründet waren. Es war unser erster Urlaub mit Hund, der absolut zufriedenstellend verlief! Zimmer sauber, Betten beqeum, freundliche zuvorkommende Dame an der Rezeption!

Der Zimmerschlüssel konnten wir einfach aus einem Kasten nehmen. Das Zimmer,Bett, Küche,Bad, alles neuwertig und sauber. Im Keller ne Überrachung: ein kl. Pool (ca. 6x4m), verschiedene Saunas, ein Dampfbad,Spielzimmer, usw. Echt toll und Empfehlenswert. Das Innenhaus ist offen und liebenswert. Da das Haus nach hinten zu den Bergen und nicht zur Straße steht ,ist es sehr ruhig. Es ist alles in der Nähe: XXX,Bäckerei,Gasthäuser,die Therme,usw. Parkplätze auch für große Fz und Motorräder.

Tento rekreační objekt jsme navštívili už po jedenácté během 12 let. Ale především proto, že Längenfeld má ideální polohu. Víme už, který pokoj si vybrat a kterému se vyhnout. PaníXXX nabízí víc než konkurence za srovnatelné ceny. Navíc byla letos opravena vířivka v bazénu. Problém je jen s parkovacími místy. Parkovací plán byl narýsován v době, kdy se jezdilo z podstatně menšími auty.
