Welcome to the “Bella Vista” house on the Kaunerberg!
Our modernly furnished apartment offers a magnificent view of the fascinating mountain scenery surrounding the upper Inn Valley and is the ideal destination for a relaxing yet active holiday.
In winter, numerous nearby ski resorts invite you to enjoy winter sports. These include Fendels, the Kaunertal Glacier, Nauders, and Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus. The ski areas of the Pitztal Glacier, Venet, See, Kappl, Ischgl, Galtür, and St. Anton are also within an hour’s drive. In addition to the many skiing opportunities, there is a cross-country ski trail at Gachenblick just five minutes from our lodging, and another in Kaunertal/Feichten. The region also offers a variety of ski tours and ice climbing routes.
In the summer, our lodging is the perfect starting point for numerous hut and mountain adventures. In addition to hiking trails to the Aifner, Falkauns, or Gogles Alm, we recommend mountain hikes to the Aifnerspitze or the Köpfle on the Kaunergrat, as well as the Glanderspitze in the Venet Massif. In the Kaunertal valley, the Verpeilhütte—along with many other huts—serves as the perfect starting point for alpine climbs of varying difficulty levels. Our guests will also find numerous sport climbing areas in the immediate vicinity. In the summer, the Schnadiger Weiher—along with other swimming spots in the region—is just a 5-minute drive away and perfect for relaxing.
After about a 20-minute drive, our guests can reach the “Quellalpin” indoor pool, which features a sauna. For more information on the many sports and recreational activities available, please contact the Kaunertal Tourist Information Office.

Our modernly furnished apartment offers a magnificent view of the fascinating mountain landscape surrounding the Upper Inn Valley and is the ideal destination for a relaxing yet active holiday. In addition to plenty of sunshine in both summer and winter, it accommodates 2–5 people and features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.), a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and a parking space with a charging station for electric vehicles (for an additional fee).



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
