Bar seating looking into the kitchen, makes conversation with a glass of wine or a craft beer easy with the cook in charge! This kitchen includes all new appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, 6-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, and plenty of storage. With floor to ceiling windows in the living room and a sliding glass door to the upstairs wrap-around patio, the entire living area gets plenty of light throughout the day.

Off the living space, is one of the bedrooms with a Queen size bed, a super cozy refuge with dresser, television, and views out the picture window. The guest bath is fully upgraded with a shower/tub combo and beautiful vanity. Next to the first bedroom is located a super fun bunk bed. In this room, the kids can enjoy both board games and a fully working PAC-MAN arcade style game, fun for the whole family!

Put the kids to bed in their fun vacation bunk beds  and walk down a quick flight of stairs to your master retreat! The master retreat dawns a four-poster iron King bed that looks out to the woods of Big Bear. There is a twin trundle bed if you need to keep the little ones close. An antique looking wood-burning fireplace will keep you comfortable throughout the evening. The en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, large renovated shower, and heated floors to keep your feet nice and warm in the winter.

Outside the cabin, you can dine on the outside patio in the middle of glorious serene nature. Or go soak in the 8-person hot tub and watch the stars overhead. Birdsong is the perfect Big Bear getaway for friends and family!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
