Villa Andrea is located in the heart of the Ostuni countryside. <br>There are 3 bedrooms (double beds) and 3 bathrooms (toilet, shower, hair dryer). <br>Living room with TV/Netflix/IPTV. <br>Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc.).<br> Wi-Fi, bath and beach towels.<br>Air conditioning in all rooms + ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Pool is 14m long and 1.50m deep. There is a shallow area for children. <br>There are gazebos next to the pool. A huge terrace with sofas and a large table for your lunches and dinners. <br>We’ve set up an outdoor kitchen with a griddle, refrigerator, and sink so you can cook in the sun, close to your family and friends, while enjoying an aperitif at the kitchen bar.<br>It’s a true slice of paradise in the Ostuni countryside, surrounded by olive groves, yet close to Ostuni and well-known towns such as Ceglie Messapica, Francavilla Fontana, and many others.<br>The sea is about 20 minutes away. <br>The nearest store is 7 km away (Famila - Ostuni). <br>There are also plenty of supermarkets in San Michele Salentino (stores, organic supermarkets, bakeries, etc.).<br>Brindisi Airport is 30 minutes away, and Bari Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. <br>Angela will be there to assist you with check-in and check-out and to show you around the villa. <br>We look forward to welcoming you to our villa, which we designed and furnished with a lot of love :)
