About this property

Either for working with desk and computer equipment or for vacation, on the borders of Drôme Provençale and Vaucluse, you will enjoy the proximity of many activities: Grignan castle, Chauvet cave, crocodile farm, descent of the Ardèche, hiking or cycling.
The "little house" is located in our property with garden, 2 barbecues, green pergola and swimming pool, allowing relaxation and romantic Provençal evenings by the light of the lampposts by the pool.
This house is fully equipped with air conditioning; it includes a bedroom, a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.

Comme à la maison !

Le propriétaire, Michel, accueille ses hôtes comme des invités : petit apéro de bienvenue, petit présent viticole et petit café de départ. C’est une personne avenante, au petit soin avec ses hôtes et avec un parcours de vie riche et passionnant, un vrai livre ouvert ! Il sait se faire discret à souhait et s’adapte à ses hôtes. Le gîte est idéal pour 2 personnes, séparé de la propriété par de la végétation. Climatisé, fonctionnel et bien agencé. Le linge de maison est entièrement fourni. La piscine est grande, bien aménagée et disponible à votre convenance. Nous avons passé 1 semaine comme à la maison !! Je recommande sans hésitation !!

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienunterkunft zu verbringen und wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Außenanlage bietet Schatten und ist windgeschützt. Ein großer Pool sorgt für Abkühlung. Eine schöne Umgebung zum Entspannen. Der Vermieter, Michel, war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, er stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben einige schöne Stunden miteinander verbracht. Michel, danke für deine Gastfreundschaft! Die Unterkunft selbst war einfach, jedoch zweckmäßig und es fehlte an nichts. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Erfahrung und wir würden gerne wiederkommen! Elke und Gerd

Urlaub an der Ardeche

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ein grüner Garten und ein riesiger gepflegter Pool. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Herrlich! / Superbe! / Great!

Wir sind begeistert! Das Haus ist ausreichend groß für zwei Personen, ggf. noch mit kleinen Kindern, steht ca. 50 m vom Haupthaus entfernt, ist durch Büsche und Bäume sichtgeschützt, gut ausgestattet und hat gute Matratzen und Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Es gibt mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Der Pool ist groß, steht einige Meter von beiden Häusern entfernt und stand uns allein zur Verfügung. Große Sonnenschirme stehen bereit. Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich auf dem gesicherten Grundstück. Bereits bis hierhin gefiel uns alles. Aber was den Aufenthalt "besonders besonders" machte, war der Vermieter Michel (Christine war in der Woche leider nicht da). Michel spricht franzosisch und englisch, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, möchte definitiv, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht, scheut dafür keine Mühe (und nicht einmal Kosten), ist ebenso zurückhaltend wie zugewandt, je nach Wunsch der Gäste. Statt um 16 h durften wir bereits um 12 h anreisen und wurden sofort von Michel zum Essen in ein nahe gelegenes Dorf und am selben sowie am letzten Abend zu ihm eingeladen. Wir sind normalerweise eher zurückhaltend und genießen es, die Zeit allein zu verbringen, aber es wäre eine Sünde gewesen, nicht mit Michel die angenehmen Stunden zu verbringen. Zum Abschluss ein wenig Pathos: Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen fast als Freunde! Danke, Michel - bis zum nächsten Mal! [maison assez grande, bien équipée, un peu cachée à cause des arbres, pool grand. Très bon! Michel est un homme très gentil, toujours à l'écoute, mais aussi très discrèt si voulu. Nous pouvions arriver déjà à 12 h , et Michel nous invitait trois fois, et il etait très bon! Il parle anglais aussi et fait tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour très agréable. Nous allons revenir quand nous sommes dans cette région! Merci, Michel!] [House is big enough for two adults and perhaps small children, well equipped, hidden behind trees, big pool. Very good! Michel is a great host: very friendly and helpful, also discrete if wanted, speaks English. We could check-in at noon instead of 4 pm, and he invited us three times, and we enjoyed it. We will return whenever we are in that area. Thanks a lot, Michel!]

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La location est conforme aux photos et à la description. La propriété est très belle et la piscine topissime. Les propriétaires sont charmants. A recommander sans hésiter.
