Marietas E Unit 102 is considered a ground floor unit, but the way the Marietas buildings are positioned, the first level is the roofed parking, so you actually end up being on a very private second floor. These "ground floor" units have more square footage, having a considerably larger pool, a terrace in the 3rd bedroom and it features a private peaceful backyard where you can sit and watch the sunrise every morning.

The condo is inside the gates shared with the Four Seasons and St. Regis hotel with a PREMIER ACCESS to club facilities.
The Premier Membership gives you access to these elegant clubs located on white sand beaches.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful 5 day stay with our adult kids. The property is comfortable, clean and looks even better in person than the pictures. The concierge was very helpful and made our stay even better!

Stay at Las Marietas

The property was in great condition and it was stocked with all the necessities (ie. everything needed to cook in the kitchen, toilet paper, paper towels etc.). The only con to the property was that the pool needed to be cleaned daily or if a net would have been on the property, we could've done a quick clean of bugs from the pool.
