Apartment where only the living room is rented out for two people; the bedroom is used for storage. A 138 x 190 sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen with a microwave and a conventional oven. Beautiful decor with a blue colour scheme. Pleasant terrace for outdoor breakfast and dinner. Recently renovated building. The Coudalere resort is a former Pierre & Vacances site organised around a large square and a marina. The beaches and the village of Barcares are just over one kilometre away. The on-site swimming pool has just been renovated. Numerous sports activities available. Restaurants and a Carrefour Market convenience store on site. A remarkable location for sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing. Perpignan is 17 km away; the Pyrenees and Collioure are about 30 km away. Bbox fiber-optic Wi-Fi
