Pros: 2 bedrooms and a backyard with BBQ, fire table, and inflatable jacuzzi (no kidding!) This was owner's unit - serious pride of ownership. Super convenient - just a short walk to the beach, walking trails, and coffee shops. Cons: Street view (vs. beach view); some noise potential.

Volleyball nets and fire-pits for roasting marshmallows add to this beach’s charm. Be sure to take a walk along the historic San Clemente Pier where you will see fishermen casting their nets and if lucky, you’ll spot some dolphins or whales. Grab a snack while at the base of the pier or stop by Fisherman’s Restaurant. Great surfing at this beach is a given. Note: Dogs are not allowed on the beach or on the pier, but there are great walking trails for Fido all along the beach. While on the walking trail, keep your eyes open for hidden painted rocks, painted by local artists! You might also find these hidden gems in Downtown San Clemente, the quintessential California beach town!

It’s less than 5 minutes to the beach, Pier, coffee shops, the Amtrak train station (an easy ride to San Diego) and restaurants & shops on Del Mar Street. // The unit has an attached garage with a laundry machine (uses quarters). Guests can park 2 cars on the property - one inside the garage & one in the driveway (in front of first car). Please remember to close the garage door after you park your car. There is also free street parking.

Great spot close to the 5, pier and all San Clemente has to offer. On-site laundry was nice as well. Plently of room for parking with the garage and driveway. Would stay here again in a heaetbeat!
We enjoyed the Blue Whale Inn. The other guests were very nice. We were all getting out of the snow and so happy to be in beautiful San Clemente! So many stunning sunsets while we were there for a month. It’s a quite friendly neighborhood, with the pier is right there with many great restaurants just a short walk away. . Although the units we stayed in were a bit dated and cluttered, the location and neighborhood can’t be beat! Thanks for having us!
Great Location, easy check in .Only had 1 little issue owners were quick to fix it and then some , super nice guy, and housekeeper was helpful and super nice as well!! Would stay there again if out that way!! Would Recommend!!!
Great location, clean property and had everything we needed.
My only negative is not something the owner can control, loud neighbors upstairs…we could hear every step.
