Beautiful apartment with sea views in Atalaya Playa. completely renovated in 2009 and refurbished. Shops, bars, restaurants nearby. The Cala Millor offers a 2 km long sandy beach. The apartment for 4 people has in the third floor (elevator) of a living-dining room with sleeping facilities, SAT-TV, kitchenette fully furnished, 1 bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Emplacement parfait avec un beau point de vue ,et tout près de la mer et commerce ….et ce que j’ai apprécié c’est la climatisation de l’appartement Le seul point négatif c’est le parking pour la voiture qui se situe vers l’appartement et on y trouvait pas forcément de la place

L’emplacement est agréable et les équipements sont suffisants. Cependant, notre séjour a été marqué par la présence de cafards observés dans plusieurs pièces du logement (entrée, chambre, cuisine et salle de bain). Cette situation a fortement affecté notre confort et nous a conduits à limiter notre temps dans l’appartement. Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Cala Millor sehr genoßen. Die Wohnung ist zentral in Strandnähe, aber trotzdem so dass man vom allgemeinen Lärm der Strandmeile geschützt ist. Die Küche ist einfach eingerichtet aber ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig. Der Balkon ist klasse und ein echtes Highlight. Es gibt Parkplätze in der Nähe. Evtl. muss man etwas suchen, wenn man mal Pech hat. Es gibt direkt am Gebäude ein Wäldchen wo Autos geparkt werden können.

Super Lage, ein sehr schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute.Die Lage ist hervorragend, zum Strand und zur Promenade zu Fuß keine 2 Minuten.Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.Sehr gerne wieder.
