Newly built in the years 2013/2014 House stands in the Baltic Sea village Zierow through its energy efficiency and its Schwedenhaus typical wooden façade. The living area of ​​the fully equipped and furnished holiday home is 70 square meters and is ideal for families with up to 6 people. Center of the house is the open kitchen. The built-in oven, ceramic hob, sink, fridge-freezer and dishwasher make you the self-catering a breeze. Two separate bedrooms of 10 m² each with a double bed and two single beds offers sleeping space for 4 people. In the bedroom floor, which is accessed via a space-saving staircase, 2 children can spend the night comfortably. For toddlers you can also use a travel cot available. The holiday home has a furnished wooden terrace, a parking space and a bike shed.
