Modern spacious house with 3 bedrooms and garden, only 500m to the beach!

On the ground floor there is an open kitchen in a modern country house style with high-quality appliances and complete equipment, as well as the living / dining area for 6 people. with fireplace (from October to May, a basket of wood is included upon arrival).
You can relax on the large leather corner couch with a view of the garden.
Also on the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine and freezer, the maritime cloakroom area with a bench, a separate toilet and the beautiful sauna with a floor-level wellness shower.

On the first floor you will find a spacious bedroom with double bed (1.80x2.00m), wardrobe, rocking armchair, chest of drawers and TV, as well as two slightly smaller bedrooms (one double bed 1.60x2.00m and one bunk single bed pull-out as a double bed 1.60x2.00m ) each with a chest of drawers and a cloakroom.
In addition, there is the beautiful full bath with shower and bathtub (wonderfully cozy under the dormer) and towel dryer.
There is underfloor heating and tiled flooring throughout the house.
We have a small selection of games, books and DVDs ready for you and your children as well as a radio / CD player.

In the large garden there is a furnished terrace with 2 sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a lockable garden shed with a roof overhang for e.g. B. Stroller / bicycles. For your children there is a climbable soccer goal with a toddler swing and plate swing. You will find a foldable handcart for the way to the beach.
A separate parking space for 1 car is available directly at the house.
There is no "external" car traffic within the settlement, great for your children to skate or bike. For bad weather: Small indoor playground and an indoor pool with sauna for a fee on the neighboring campsite.
The house has been ready for occupation since the end of June 2016.
The holiday area "De Poeler Drift" is still under construction, so there may be acoustic and visual impairments due to construction work. However, the neighboring houses in the wider area of "Mee (h) rzeit" have been completed.
In the holiday home area you will find a small playground with a swing and seesaw for your children.

You will find your next shopping possibilities in Gägelow, approx. 5 minutes by car, here there are various supermarkets, a furniture store and a petrol station as well as a hardware store. Another shopping center is in the direction of Wismar, also only a good 5 minutes away by car. a. a Mc Donalds. Directly in Zierow there is a small shop with the most necessary things for daily needs.
In Zierow itself there is a restaurant on the camping site ("oasis") in about 800m walking distance, as well as a restaurant in the horse farm in Zierow, walking distance only about 600m. Depending on the season, there are various snack bars on the main beach of Zierow as well as the beach café, mini golf and petting zoo, not to forget the large beach playground.
For families with children or wellness goers, we definitely recommend the "Wonnemar" water park in Wismar.
