Beautiful villa of 175 m² in the heart of the Domaine du Golf, 2 km from the lake, 7 km from the ocean and 10 km from the centre of Biscarrosse.

On the day side, the house consists of an entrance / living room / living room / equipped kitchen / 2 toilets / 1 bathroom / 1 shower room / garage (basement).
On the night side, it has 4 bedrooms with 4 TVs (for 8 to 10 beds) with new bedding:
- 1 master suite with en-suite bathroom, and a 160 cm bed (memory foam)
- 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in 90 cm each
- 1 children's bedroom with mezzanine bed (2 places) + 1 sofa bed (2 places).

Outside, you will find a covered terrace with tables and plancha.
The 9mx4m heated infinity pool and its deckchairs will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
For your entertainment, we provide bicycles, indoor games for children and adults that you can spend by the fireplace of your choice, wood or pellets.
You will find in the equipment of the platform, the different layouts of the Villa inside and outside, for your greatest comfort.

Around Biscarrosse you will find the famous Dune du Pila 20 minutes away, the Bassin d'Arcachon 25 minutes away, and the whole Landes coast with its terroir and its specialities.
