Our exclusive house is undoubtedly in a privileged location: It is located in south-facing directly on the quiet natural beach 'Plage du Grazel' in the Bay of Gruissan. You go through the gate and are right on the water. Enjoy panoramic views from every room, from the terrace and from the balcony over the lagoon, the open sea to the Pyrenees - fascinating every day and the season!
All rooms are decorated harmoniously and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. All equipment is high quality and has all the comforts. The large, partially covered terrace offers several nice seats surrounded by Mediterranean plants.
From the house you arrive on the promenade planted with palm trees along the beach to the marina and from there into the historic center. The other direction leads to the wide, wide beach to the open sea.
Your car is safe on a reserved parking space within the condominium Cap Vert.




Charming house: The large, bright living-dining area with 2 double bladed patio doors is facing the sea and is decorated in warm colors. Comfortable leather sofas invite you to relax.
The spacious kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances and all sorts of kitchen utensils offers plenty of space for enjoyable cooking and dining. Both of the kitchen counter, as well as the large dining table you have a dream overlooking the sea and palm trees. A guest bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs are located next to the bathroom with large shower and toilet, three tastefully decorated bedrooms with comfortable beds and large fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have balcony access overlooking the sea - partially off the bed! The view from the third room goes beyond the lagoon towards the Pyrenees.
Within walking distance are restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

Gruissan - diversity at its best: The old fishing village of Gruissan, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages of southern France, has developed into a popular holiday center. For every taste and every season has something for everyone to make his stay. Friends of water sports come at Etang de Mateille at their expense. 3 clean, gently sloping sandy beaches for swimming and sunbathing. Directly before the house you can go fishing and fishing. For nature lovers and hikers, the Massif de la Clape is very attractive with its rich fauna. In Altdorf Gruissan place 3 times a week a large market with fresh vegetables, fruit and fish instead. Around the port there are - especially in summer - a varied offer for all those looking for entertainment and nightlife. Numerous restaurants and bistros offer something for every taste. An amusement park, disco and the casino are expecting their audience. A new wellness center with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and jacuzzi can be reached in a few minutes.

Excursions around Gruissan: Many wineries offer tastings. It is worth visiting the mussel and oyster station, and the salt production facility. By bike you can explore the magnificent scenery. Bicycle rental is available on site. The closest town of Narbonne with the Archbishop's Palace, several museums, the Grand Exchange (always an experience!) offers many seeing and shopping.
