Pet friendly. AAA location. This very sunny, clean and modern 1 bedroom condo offers you a prime location in P-town. 2nd room with a murphy bed. Three doors away from the Brass Key Guest House. Two minutes to Commercial Street shopping, restaurants, clubs and town beach. Short walk or bike to P-town Inn pool and Herring Cove beach, bike trails, tennis, pickle ball and kayaking. Parking for two cars. 20x21 private use fenced in stone patio with table and chairs, sofa, fire-pit and gas grill. The interior has beautiful finished pine wood floors throughout, New kitchen and appliances, new A/C. Washer and dryer. Sunny living room with cable TV and Roku. Full bath with shower. Just painted in and out. Quiet side street. Enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. Save yourself hours in the car and arrive on Friday. One animal only. If you have cat allergies please be aware that on rare occasion tenants do bring a cat. Please ask owner. This property is best for 2 people. Ptown Certificate BOH-23-155

Great location just a block from Commercial Street. Comfortable. Clean and bright. The spacious courtyard in front of the house is a great place to relax. There's also a grill and outdoor dining table if you want to make a meal for friends. The host is easy to communicate with. This is the second time two of us have stayed at 15 Carver (first floor). It would have been the third except it was already booked when I was ready to make reservations last year.

A very comfortable condo in a prime location near the center of town. Host Paul communicates everything you need in an excellent manner. The private outdoor space was perfect and could serve as a fun entertainment space, although my wife and I used it primarily as a space to hang out with our dog. Recommended highly.
