A short drive from the gates of Disney, you will not be disappointed. We are proud of our home from home holiday villa. Comfortably accommodating 8 people, and is equipped with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. Only a short walk to the clubhouse and a children's play area, it is conveniently located in the heart of the community. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.




There are four bedrooms complete with full baths: one Queen- sized master bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a 2 x bedroom with twin beds.

Each bedroom has a flat screen television

The kitchen is outfitted with a full range of large and small appliances: toaster, coffee-maker, slow-cooker, griddle, grill and large and small blenders. The home has a full-size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The villa is also amply stocked with kitchen wares; you will feel right at home.

The spacious living room is a great place to view our movie collection, readers can relax in the nook area and enjoy reading from our collection of books.

Other notable amenities include free long distance telephone calling within North America and free high-speed wireless internet. In-house laundry means you have fewer suitcases to pack!






About Emerald Island Resort:

Please note that Emerald Island Resort has implemented a gate pass system whereby all guests staying overnight will be required to purchase a $20 nonrefundable permit, per vehicle which is valid for the entire stay. This is applicable to all vehicles. This is applicable to any home on this large resort.



Pool heating is $30 plus taxes with a minimum of 5 nights and must be booked for the entire stay unless your stay is more than 14 nights.

Pool heating should always be booked prior to arrival. Where
booked later than this or closer to arrival, there will be an activation fee of $35.

Emerald Island Resort Tiki Bar with snacks and sodas as well as music and karaoke every Sunday.

The Tiki bar serves cold beers and wine as well as hot food and snacks and is open from 11am to 10pm daily.

Exercise room with running machines, exercise bikes, cross trainers and work out benches.

Games Arcade, requires tokens which can be obtained from the change machine in the arcade room.

Nature Walks, the Emerald Island Resort has 11 acres of woodland with a concrete path ideal for a morning jog or a gentle stroll to burn off a few calories!

Tennis Courts, two full size floodlit courts, the courts are free of charge and you can hire equipment at a small fee.

Basket Ball Court, there is a full size basket ball court next to the tennis courts.

Sand Volley Ball court located by the main gate.

Three Children's play areas, the first is located at the clubhouse, the second is located at the junction of La Isla Drive and Lido Key Drive and the third is for guests staying in the phase 2 townhomes at the front of the community.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
