When you enter the home, you are greeted with a sitting room featuring a game table for 4 (includes a Poker Set), couch and 50” Smart TV. On the left you will enter into the games room that is sure to WOW everyone (see full description below)! Beyond the entryway, you’ll find the kitchen to your right - fully stocked with everything you may need to make a quick snack or a gourmet meal! There is bar style seating for four at the kitchen island as well as a formal dining table for 8 overlooking your private pool!
Living Room
Looking out from the kitchen is the modern living room featuring a large, leather sectional couch and two leather sofa chairs (showing signs of wear). Enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat screen 55” Smart TV mounted in the living room.
Games Area This Games Room features a luxurious Pool Table, a Multi-Arcade Video Game Station, and TWO separate Gaming Stations for those who like to bring their own consoles. EACH featuring a Gaming Chair, Private Built In 40” and Roku TV.
Upstairs Loft
The Upstairs Loft features a Sofa, a Love Seat. Enjoy relaxing upstairs while watching a movie on the 55” Smart TV.

Resort Amenities Resort Amenities Subject to Small Optional Charge – Payable In Resort The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area. Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

Upon arrival in this self catered home you will find an initial start-up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are, 1 x roll of paper towels, 1 x dish sponge, 2 x dishwasher tablets, 1 x small dish soap, 1 x trash bag per bin, 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom, 2 x sachets of laundry soap, Small hand soaps in each bathroom. For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi) In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above on your way to the home - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

The house is in need of work. Furniture is worn out, main level floor ac did not work. Pool heat did not work so we could not enjoy the pool with the kids. I would not recommend the house untill they fix all the issues.

I loved everything about this property. . Clean, welcoming and convenient. I wish I could have stayed a little longer. My son stayed in the pool every chance he could get. Worst experience. Disgusting beat up house and VERY dirty. Tried calling and sent multiple emails to the rental company from the minute I checked in and never got a response back. I sent them multiple pictures of mold, dead bugs, broken things. I can not express enough to anyone to stay away from this house. I even brought my own sheets and towels and once I left I was billed for stains on their towels and sheets that I never even used. Total scam.

This is the worst property that I have stayed. The owner has neglected the upkeep of this property. I read reviews about this property's condition last year and thought the owners would have address the issues that were complained about in 2024, but they had not as of December 23 2025. The red stains in the carpet are still there, the broken furniture is still there, the dirty walls are still there. I paid for heated pool upon my arrival that had not been done I asked for my refund since we were not able to use the pool or spa and the owner had not yet tried to compensate me for that. The responses we get seemed to be already prepared with a blanket statement. I recommend contacting this owner before renting and ask if these repairs have been corrected before you rent.

Our extra large family enjoyed the home. It was clean, smelled fresh, pool was the highlight for our kids. TVs and bathrooms everywhere 😂😂😂. Excellent service from staff. Love it!!!

The house is just as pictured, everything was great. Parking was easy to figure out once communicated by host how to park appropriately. My only critiques were we were told that there would be garage parking but there is no garage at this particular house- the garage is the game room. The other critique was the carpet was very old & dirty but it was vacuumed clean.

More Pro's than Con's
Had a great stay at this place. When we first entered the property we were a little disappointed with the level of cleanliness and general appearance of the place (i.e. dirty carpet in certain spaces, broken drawers/decorations, broken pool cues, several televisions not working, pool light not working) but the amenities this place provided made up for it. The pool was amazing, the view was great, the game room was a blast, the resort pool was nice and the spaciousness of the property was optimal. The property managers were responsive to any issues we had. Overall, we had a great time here but would encourage folks to set the expectations to it being a "rental" where maybe excellence in quality was slightly below expectation for the price.

House was very much like the pictures. Suited our family well. Only downfall was very few towels for big families. And house was not very well cleaned before hand. Had a sock under the bed, old gummy bears under the bed as well. Carpets were stained In a few spots. Spilled water on the ground and went to clean it up floor was black.. we had kids and a large family so we understand. Would stay again. But think it needs to be more accommodating for as many rooms and beds as it has.

What I saw online and what was supposed to be a nice vacation turned into a terrible experience. The house has numerous issues with its facilities and is infested with cockroaches.
The money was charged immediately, and I received a call to remind me that I had to check out by 10 a.m. with my family, but no one responded when I wrote to you every day about the issues we were facing. I hope you can compensate me for what happened.

Regarding the issues mentioned, we have addressed all your concerns during your stay. As for the cleanliness and maintenance concerns, we work closely with a professional cleaning and pest control team to ensure our home is in top condition before guests arrive. And we immediately sent a pest control team the moment we received your concerns regarding roaches.
As for the reminder call you received, the standard check-out time is at 10 a.m., and we didn't receive any request from you that you will be having a late check-out.
Worked 2 days trying to get internet working. They didn't pay the bill until the 2nd day of arrival. We paid for pool heat and it only worked one day. We could not adjust the thermostat. The dishwasher was out of order. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. They placed smelled like a wet dog upon arrival. Rugs and carpet were discussing. The pictures definitely do the place justice.

Very unclean home with roach infestation
Check in and communication with property management was prompt and the community pool area was very nice but that was unfortunately the only good parts about renting this home. We came in to a very unclean home, the bathrooms were acceptable but the floors, walls/trim were all filthy. The carpet was stained and visibly dirty especially the edges/corners and the fake leather of the couch flaked off in huge pieces from being so worn. The slider doors were so heavy/ inmaintained that we could barely open and close it. The exterior of the home was moldy and badly in need of power washing as well as the pool area. Most of the netting in the pool enclosed was ripped with several sections of screen completely missing. We discovered very quickly that this home had a terrible roach infestation, the management company sent out a housekeeper and pest service the day after we arrived but neither problems were remedied as this infestation was more serious then a one time treatment. The uncleanliness and infestation of this home made us fearful for our health and ruined our vacation.

And upon receiving your report, we immediately sent both our housekeeping and pest control teams to address the issues during your stay. : Disappointing Experience and Multiple Issues with Rental Home
I recently rented your property, which advertised as being able to accommodate 14 people. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share the numerous issues I encountered during my stay. The following problems should not have been present in a rental property of this caliber, and they made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient for my group.1.Front Door Lock: The lock on the front door was extremely difficult to operate. I had to contact management, who attempted to walk me through fixing it via text messages.2.Refrigerator: A fully functioning refrigerator is essential for a house that sleeps 14 guests. Unfortunately, the refrigerator’s shelves were missing, the drawers were broken, and the door didn’t close properly. I had to purchase a cooler to store my beverages because there wasn’t enough space. Despite contacting management, they informed me that nothing could be done to repair it.3.Kitchen Lighting: Four lights in the kitchen were not working. While management sent someone to fix them, this should have been addressed beforehand.4.Dishwasher: The dishwasher handle broke off during our stay. When I contacted management, they promised to send someone to fix it, but no one ever arrived.5.Microwave: The microwave above the stove was broken. We were not informed of this beforehand, and the microwave on the counter was not an acceptable substitute.6.Pool Table: The listing stated the pool table came with four cues, but ther

Spacious but dirty.
Size was perfect. Loved nature in the back. Bedding and bathrooms were clean. Guest parking was close. A lot of light bulbs were out that they said they would replace but never did. Garage is the game room. “Gaming stations” had 2 consoles/games (one without cords) and one unusable controller (chocolate shoved into the charging port)They stated someone left their systems as they only provide TV/chair, which was odd since I asked before hand and was told a PlayStation was included, I think they lied about this. 2 pool queues provided which were broken and taped back together. Maintenance brought out new ones. Upstairs had something food related on the carpet throughout all the rooms - They initially messaged back that someone would be out within 24hr to clean, no one showed up until I messaged again. A woman came took photos and attempted to clean the video game controller - which makes no sense if that wasn’t included with house. I got a message the next day that they could schedule carpet cleaning but we would need to stay off the floors for 24hrs. Not reasonable when you are staying somewhere from out of state. I did call the management company and never received a call back. During the next 1 1/2 weeks we found a rotten banana peel and other food/trash scattered throughout the home. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Complaints/photos sent to management company and VRBO. Then they had the nerve to email me asking if I could give a 5 star rating. I decided to be honest instead.

We had a wonderful time staying at the property... it's a very comfortable space, well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were there for an extended stay and it started to feel like home in no time. Kids loved swimming in the pool while we enjoyed the patio with the amazing lake view!
One less star on cleaning as one morning I woke up to see ants on the kitchen counter where we accidentally left an open sugar candy. They were gone once I removed the candy and cleaned the counter and never saw any of those again.
Overall, we loved our stay and can't wait to go back again!
