We have stayed in many rental homes over the years, but this was the cleanest! It is a beautiful space and a perfect layout for our family group of various ages. The location is great, and we even walked to a delicious dinner one night at a Neopolitan pizza place called Pi-Napo. Highly recommend.

CVille wedding weekend

We stayed at this VRBO over the weekend for a wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed yet quiet and relaxing. What a wonderful house! This lovely home worked so well for my husband and me and our adult children. Graduation gathering

We stayed for our son’s graduation from UVA, it was like being at home. Everything you could possibly need, comfortable, spacious, and a great location. There were a few small things we needed and the host was very responsive. Due to an uncontrollable situation we had to wait a bit to check in and the host bought us a round of drinks for the inconvenience. Would recommend.

Perfect house for the wedding party!!

We booked this amazing house for us (bride & groom) and our wedding party that were not local. This was the perfect location from local grocery stores, to UVA, and to get to North Garden (venue location). Our wedding party loved the house and being all together for the weekend vs. being in a hotel. The house is so cute, the beds are sooo comfy, and overall it had an amazing vibe!!

Although this is the first property I have ever owned, lived in, and operated by myself, my parents have been a part of the VRBO and airbnb community for over two decades ( so I have lots of experience and advice to draw upon (: ). Why they chose this property

Recently built, this home is brand new both inside and out. No expenses were spared in the building of this property, with a beautiful chef's kitchen with matching top of the line appliances, large gas-lit fireplace with the flick of a switch, and a master bathroom so big and beautifully done that you may just want to sleep in there!! Redone outdoor space with beautiful gardens, large jetted hot tub, and outdoor dining space to host meals.

What makes this property unique

The house is in an extremely cool location. In one direction, there are restaurants, a gas station, and a coffee shop within a 2 minute walking distance ( and a Wegmans only a 5 minute drive away). In the opposite direction, Scott Stadium is only about 1000 feet from the house. If you continue along the road, you will be in UVA's main campus, passing the Engineering School, Brown College, the Lawn and the Rotunda on your way to the famous "Corner". The Corner has so many little coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique shops that it is worth spending a day walking up and down the 2 mile stretch.

The Downtown Mall is another must-see experience, with many absolutely delicious restaurants, live music, theaters, and fun and unique shops to keep you occupied for many hours. This is only about a 5 minute drive from the house.

Wanting to experience downtown Charlottesville? It is only a 7 minute drive with traffic. Stores like Banana Republic, Nike, Lululemon, Madewell, Ulta, and more are right at your fingertips, not to mention the many amazing restaurants scattered about.

As I mentioned before, there are a bunch of fun places to hike along the Blue Ridge and the Shenandoah Parkways, and Wintergreen Ski Resort is only 40 minutes away.
The house is also conveniently located if you want to take the weekend touring Charlottesville's and the surrounding area's more than 50 wineries ( all around a 15-30 minute drive away).
