Inside, there is an open floor great room, vaulted ceilings, sliding glass doors and tons of windows- bring the outdoors in.

Gather around the gas log fireplace(operable Sept 15th-April 15th) in the living room while taking in the breathtaking mountain views.

There is so much room to spread out in this house. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths total as well as 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and double wrap around decks.

The master suite on the upper level features a king bed, desk, chair and en suite bath with walk in shower and dual shower heads. There is also a queen guest bedroom with desk and chair that is right next to another full bath with tub.

Downstairs, there is an entire private apartment suite, consisting of a bedroom with king bed, desk and chair, a living room with T.V. a full kitchen and a full bath with tub. A set of French doors from the living room and a sliding glass door from the bedroom access the private deck with mountain views, high top bistro set, Adirondack chairs and porch swing.

My home is ready to cradle you in coziness and comfort. Dazzling light filled rooms, vaulted ceilings, skylights and huge wrap around decks to take in the Mtn views.

Centrally located and easy to get to, there are no steep driveways or steep roads to climb to get here.

It is less than 1 mile from Emerald Ridge Farm Event Center, where many beautiful wedding are held. Just 2 miles to downtown Weaverville shopping ( 3 grocery stores- Publix, Ingles and Aldi), restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, Wal Mart, gas stations, CVS drug store, and I-26. An easy drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore Estate, South Slope breweries, UNCA, Asheville River Art's District and the Botanical Gardens. It is only 12-15 minutes from downtown Asheville depending on traffic.

HOUSE RULES
1. No entertaining of non registered guests. No events or parties.
2.No smoking on premises including e cigarettes. (inside or out)
3. No pets of any kind.
4.Any stay 7 nights or longer will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee.
5. Check-out must be made by 11:00 am unless it's pre-arranged in writing. Any delay past 11am (not previously agreed) will be charged an additional night.

Violation of any of the above rules will incur a $200.00 fine per violation. Guests will also be asked to leave and forfeit any remaining nights left on reservation without refund.
