Alles in bester Ordnung gewesen. Nur 2 Punkte: Der Balkon ist recht schmal und zu dritt konnten wir nicht am Balkontisch sitzen. Es ist alles recht hellhörig. Man bekommt also die Nachbarn dazu gebucht.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. Il est bien emménagé et propre. Il est très bien situé, à 2 pas d'un centre commercial et de l'arrêt de bus, 10 minutes à pieds du lac et vieille ville. Le seul inconvénient, l'immeuble est très mal isolé. On entend tout à travers les parois.

Gut mit Schwächen

Positiv: Sehr gute Grösse für 2 Personen. Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet. Internet funktioniert gut. Migros, Busstation und See sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Negativ: sehr ringhörig, man hört die Nachbarn reden und durch die Wohnung laufen. Matratzen sind durch und sollten ersetzt werden. Nur 5 Parkplätze vorhanden und man muss viel rangieren zum Parkieren.
